Today was cardio and it was so hard to get up this morning. That one hour loss this weekend hit me hard for some reason. Anyways, I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a fairly decent workout.

Today, ended up in a rest day, I could not get up this morning:rolleyes:

This morning I did Les Mills Combat Power Kata 45, 44 min, 344 calories. I then did Hard Strikes conditioning drills 12 min, 78 calories. I finished with X Train Biceps and Triceps premix rnds 4-9, 35 min, 187 calories. Total time was 91 min and calories burned 609.

Roselyn, I see you saw that my posting of my routine for this week :) I really like mixing up the types of weight work and cardios. I think it makes it more fun and really can pack in some good stuff.

Debbie, I hear you on the getting up. I got up with DH at 5:30 but felt so exhausted. I ate and finally was able to push myself to get to work. I am much later at finishing today.

Teddy, yes Combat 60 live is great!! I think it is my favorite of the set.
 
Today I did Enegize by Bryan Kest. Good workout. My low back feels a bit funky, though. Nothing major, just weird.

Upper back has been doing ok. I've been using a tennis ball to try and get that tightness loose. It works but as soon as I start using my left arm fors tuff, the tightness is back. I'm feeling pretty good this morning.
 
I had to rush to get most of my workout done this morning. I went to hear a speaker at one of the meetings that my husband holds once a month. So, I did all but the core and final stretch and came back to finish. We went to a mexican resaurant after the meeting. I had 2 fish tacos. I need to remember to ask them to put them in corn tortillas. I am sure the beans and rice were not that healthy. Oh well, I had lemon water this morning and P90X2 Chicken Chili planned for dinner.
I started with Les Mills Combat Shock Plyo, 29 min, 352 calories. I then did X train legs premix rnds 1-6, 26 min, 231 calories and core 2 stopping at the core, and followed with X Train legs ball and chair segment, 10 min, 53 calories. When I returned I did Core 2 and the stretch, 20 min, 76 calories. TOtal time was 91 min, and calories burned 643.
 
Today I had another steller cardio workout. This is another personal best for me. Usually I go anywhere from 2-3 miles with Cardio Coach workouts. This morning I went 3.75 miles! Almost 4 miles! :eekI did a Cardio Coach mix I made up myself and kicked @ss with it!

Today's workout was X Train All Out Low Impact Hiit Double step and disc 42 min, 346 calories. I thought I was done with the discs after one round, I did not realize it was double disc too so I was really trying to work it hard on the 2nd rnd of step :0 I then did X train chest, back, and shoulders timesaver rnds 1-7 45 min, 280 calories and scarecrow 100 rep challenge 6 min 110 reps, 30 calories. Total time was 93 min and calories burned 656.

Diane: Nice workout. I love Les Mills Kata workout for one: its' not that hard like the others lol. I hope there are working on a new series:D
 
Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown - Workout #2. It was a good one, I was sweating by the time I was done. Jillian is annoying but these are good workouts.

My left leg is tweaked a bit. Not sure what happened. It felt better after yoga but gets stiff when I sit. I must have ran a bit too much yesterday. :rolleyes:

I don't care, it was worth it!

Today's workout was Les Mills Combat 60 Live, 53 min, 411 calories. I then did X Train Burn Sets biceps 14 min, 108 calories and 100 rep bicep challenge 7 min, 44 calories. I finished with Combat Core Attack 17 min, 90 calories. Total time was 91 min and calories burned 653.

Debbie, I hope the leg is better. You have been getting in some great runs.
Roselyn, I think I may do one more week of this type of rotation which would bring me to 12 weeks. I think that I am going to work in P90X2 with some of the cardio stuff in X train and Combat. The P90X 2 workouts are kind of long so I need to go get my times down. I like all of the balance and unilateral stuff in P90X2.
 
Today I started with X Train All Out Low Impact Hiit w/u and floor, followed by Tabatacise tabatas 4&5 then the all step blast mix, 39 min and calories burned 335. I then did X Train Burn Sets chest, shoulders, and triceps skipping the warm up and stretch 43 min, 261 calories. Followed with the 100 rep challenge triceps 7 min, 32 calories. Total time was 89 min and calories 628. I skipped the burn set stretch because I wanted to do Combat Inner Warrior Strength and Stretch which was 18 min, 76 calories. Total time spent today was 1 hr 47 min and calories burned 704. I enjoyed this cardio combo. I had to make not of it so I can do it again :D
 
Today's workout was Les Mills Combat Power Hiit 30 min, 253 cal.. I followed with X train Cardio leg Blast cardio only no stretcch, 26 min, 241 calories. I then did X train legs floor work and stretch 17 min, 87 calories(I wore ankle weights this time doing this). I then did X train rear delt bonus 13 min, 68 calories, and 100 rep challenge laterals 7 min, 38 calories. Time was 93 min and calories 687. I added Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar 11 min, 57 calories. So total time was 1 hr 44 min and calories 744.
 
Rest day today. I did get my workout planned for next week. I plan to change to a P90X2 rotation afterward. I will be adding some to that one too. Most of those workouts are around an hour.

Tues: Combat 30 Kickstart; X train all out low impact Hiit double step no warm up or stretch; Burn set
Wed: All out low impact Hiit double floor cardio no stretch; Tabatacise tabatas 2 & 3; Cardio leg blast all strength exercises premix; Legs bonus barre Approx time 95 min.

Thurs: Combat 60 live; X train Burn sets chest only and back only; Core # 2 Approx 91 min

Fri: Combat Lower Body Lean out; X train cardio leg blast all cardio blasts ; 100 rep hip thrust; 100 rep scarecrows ; Combat Kata Strength and stretch; 92 min approx

Sat. X train Hard strikes no stretch; Tabatacise tabatas 4&5 and stretch; Combat Core Attack; X train 100 rep challenge triceps; 100 rep challenge lateral raise Approx. time 91 min
