Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 11/12

Today was cardio and I did a Cardio Coach mix I made up. Had a pretty good workout. Still a little pain in the right side of my neck/trap area but not too bad. Went to a self-defense class last night and I think that irritated it a bit.

DH is home today so I hurried through a work out I would have loved a good long cardio but not feeling it. Sneezing like crazy. It started last night and despite the Netti pot I am still coughing and mostly sneezing. DD gave me my flu shot last night but I am sure it is not that. Never had something come out from the flu shot.
Anyway, today I did Brazil butt lift Impanema Booty, 35 min, 201. I then diid Rev abs, fat burning abs, 39 min, 260 calories. I finished with Rev Abs Merciless abs 25 min, 82 calories, 15 min. Total time was 89 min and calories burned was 542.
I need to figure out what pies that I want to take for thanksgiving.

Debbie, I did nothing Sat and Sun and had the worst headache and neck/trap pain on the left side this time. It is generally on the right. I totally know what you are going through. Sometimes I just don't feel like jarring my head and neck around. Really I was scheduled for the Brazill Butt Lift Masters Bikini Body which is total body but I did not feel like overhead presses etc. So I switched to the mostly lower body work.
 
Today I did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. I felt like my trap/neck area couldn't take down dog today so I just did the stretch workout. I think I over did it in the self defense class. It's not so bad today, but I didn't want to chance it.

Diane Sue - Yep, I can relate. I just can't figure out why it takes so long to heal, for me anyways. I've had mine for over 3 weeks now. WTH? Very frustrating. Some days I wake up and it feels great but then as the day goes on it starts to get tight and irritated again. Especially because I'm sitting in front of a PC all day. I just wish it would go away. I hope you are feeling better!
 
This morning I did Brazil Butt Lift Masters Bikini Body, 26 min, 106 calories. I don't know why so few calories today. The first time I got 144 but started out with the weighted stability ball and lighter weights, the second time I used a regular ball and heavier weights and got 190. Today I was really swinging that ball around and jumping with it and did heavier weights. Oh, well, I am not going to worry about it. I usually take the first few times then average out the burn when I write it in my notebook. I then decided to do Jari Love's Extremely Ripped Bootcamp Full workout, 76 min, 613 calories, max hr 167. I used the rebounder for some of the cardio segments, like the jacks and tuck jumps. Total workout time was 1 hr 42 min and calories burned 719.

Debbie, that's great that you are taking a self defense class. I guess it would be hard to not put your all into those moves. Good job getting some stretching in. I still can feel mine today but it is better. I am hoping the workout I did doesn't bother too much. I think that the lying on the side on the ball on Friday and doing the side lateral raise with a heavier weight than they used probably aggravated it. Today I just used 5lb.
 
Today I did Brazil Butt Lift Masters Impanema Booty 35 min, 181 calories. I then did Les Mills Pump Step 31 min, 275 calories. I finished with Les Mills Pump Abs. I have a lot to go get done today. Total time was 81 min and calories burned 529.
 
This morning I did Beast Lucky 7, 23 min, 179 calories. I really like that workout. I then did Beast abs, 10 min, 61 calories. I was hesitant but went ahead and did the planned Brazil Butt Lift Masters Bikini Body, 26 min, 145 calories. I wanted some cardio so I did Intensity premix, Hiit Low and bootcamp, 36 min, 264 calories, max hr 161. Total workout time was 95 min, and calories burned 649. My neck and head is better but not much. I tried to pay close attention on the BBL Bikini workout and I think it may be something other than I originally thought. He has you lie on the ball and do flies but on the second set he has you put your arms out in a y over your head and bring them back. I think it pulls on my neck. He says it is to lift the boobs. I am supposed to do that workout again Saturday then it is not in the mix, only the lower workouts next week. Anyway the exercises are all basic exercises that I have done before other than doing the flies that way and I don't like the stretching my arms band arching back on the ball like they do on the stretch.
 
Today's workout was Les Mill's Pump Sports Attack, 29 min, 263 calories, Max Hr 166. I then did Rev Abs Full Throttle Abs, 43 min, 323 calories. I was pleased with the burn I got on this today because I added jacks and jumps through all explanations, rests, and chattering. I then did Rapid Fire 3 Tabata and abs, 14 min, 91 calories and finished off with Turbo Fire stretch 10, 13 min, 48 calories. Total time spent was 99 min, and calories burned was 725.
 
Today I did Both Brazil Butt Lift Masters Bikini Body and Higher and tighter 57 min, 296 calories. I then did Kelly Coffey, 30 minutes to Fitness Step Boxing workout #1 with extra drills 41 min, 337 calories. I followed this with the same Kelly workout weights only skipping the w/u and str, 14, 112 calories. Total time was 1 hr 52 min, and calories burned was 746.Higher and tighter was not in the rotation today but this week was heavy on the upper body and I am not sure how next week will be. We will be out of town at least two days so those will be non workout days.
