Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 10/1

This week I am planning on starting with one total body workout. My plan is:

Cardio - Monday & Friday
Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday
Total Body - Wednesday

I figured with yoga before and after my total body, my muscles shouldn't get that tight. I will keep the weights light and concentrate on form and the actual muscle being worked. I'm hoping I will be alright doing this.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and then followed that up with MIS Abs. I haven't done an actual ab workout in weeks. It felt good. Did well on both workouts.

This morning I did Beast Block 3 week 1 Tempo Chest and Triceps. I followed that with Chalean Extreme Ab Burner. Total time was 65 minutes and calories burned was 208. I had to waste almost 2 hrs on the phone holding to talk to an at&t rep. :mad:
 
Today I did Cathe's Yoga Relax. I feel great right now and ready for Muscle Max. I was looking at the premixes to see if there was a shorter workout and there is one on there that says "Timesaver" but it's 56 minutes long. How long is MM in total time? I didn't think it was much longer than 60 minutes?

This morning was Beast Bulk Legs block 3 week 1. I increased a lot of the weights. Still hate those forward back lunges though. I dread them every time. On the squat I increased to 42's from 35's, on the force set sumo I increased to 49# from 35, on the split squaat I started with 61# and ended wwith 81# which is up from 76#, on the deadlifts I moved up from 35's to 40's. I felt pretty good about my workout today. I then did 1 30 minute HiiT workout and a pilates based ab workout followed by Les Mills Flow. I think I did better with the weights today because I ate breakfast first. Just some baked tofu in a small low carb wrap with kale

Debbie, Muscle Max is 68 minutes so it doesn't cut down much on thime.
 
Today was total body for the first time in months. I chose High Reps instead of Muscle Max because it was easier to go light with this workout. MM is more of a higher weight type workout. I did well with this. My highest weight was 20# and that was for the leg work. My weights ranged from 3# to 10# dumbbells. I stopped some of the exercises when I felt my upper back getting tight and starting to sting. Hopefully I'll be ok. Had a pretty good workout.
 
Todays workout was Beast block 3 week 1 Tempo back and biceps 48 min. I wasn't able to raise the weights today. I woke up early with neck pain. I followed with Beast abs 11 min. Then did Chalean Extreme Fat Burn challenge 32 min and finished with a 25 minute Shiva Rea More Daily energy yoga workout.

Today was yoga and I did Karen Voight's Yoga Strength. It was perfect for my tight muscles from yesterday's workout. I have DOMS but not too bad. I'm glad about that!
 
This morning I did Beast Cardio 31 min, 233 calories. I went ahead of schedule and did Beast shoulders 39 min, 208 calories(trying to get at least one of next weeks workouts in since I will be gone for 4 days). I finished off with Tony's One on One Patience is a Hummingbird yoga 34 min, 117 calories. Total time was 1 hr 43 min, calories burned 558.
 
Today I did Crossfire extreme, i really love those new dvds. Got something from beach body about the new Les Mills karate series, anyone see that?
 
Today was cardio and I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace, but I skipped Challenge 3. This one has 4 challenges and I didn't have enough time to do them all. I had a great workout. First full week of workouts for me in a long time. Feels good!

Today was chest and back.

Debbie, I have not ordered Les Mills before but I have seen it on Beach Body, have you heard anything about the new series?
 
Debbie I order from Beach Body. Right now I am ordering from a coach I met here on our check in quite awhile ago. You can order from Total Fitness on her Beach Body area. She is a coach. Using a coach sometimes gets you some workouts that you would not get otherwise. I have Les Mills Pump and the Les Mills Pump cardios. I just preordered the new combat series basic set. I would have liked to have the upper, lower and Ab workout but you have to pay the extra and get the gloves. MBeach Body does that a lot. I had to get the barbell win Les Mils pump. I am not real unhappy with that though because it is shorter than my Weider one.
 
This morning I did Beast block 3 week 2 Build legs 40 min, 276 calories. I followed this with Les Mills Pump Step, 32 min, 283 calories. This is a real leg burner. I finished with Les Mills Flow 20 min 77 calories. Total time was 92 min and calories burned 636.
