Lora - Thanks! I will download some of their stuff tomorrow. I love Linkin Park and Papa Roach sounds similar to them. I love the mix of rap and rock, I think its cool. I'm addicted to Linkin Park right now. Do you like them?

Dallys, thanks for the information on the dogs nails. It is a two person job when I take Puddle to the vet. LOL He is much quicker at the trims than I am.

Ended up doing BM2 cardio and weights premix. My elbow is bothering me today so I didn't want to do the double upper and aggravate it.
I was not in the mood to workout and I dreaded the whole 70 min. of it. Kept telling myself "keep going, you can do it". LOL!

My goodness you've all been so chatty today. I'm sitting out on our back deck while DH works on his bike. It's not humid here and I'm thankful for that. My hair wouldn't like the humidity! We have that high altitude mountain air. Not that we're in the mountains, but... People come here and say they can't breathe b/c of the altitude. But the air is definitely clean. Heck, with all the wind it better be!

Lora - You've had some bad luck with those DVD's! That one was a killer workout for me. I did it on a road bike on the trainer so I had my bike in all the gears that Coach Troy said to use. My legs were toast at the end. I pushed as hard as I could throughout the workout, which I typically do for Spinervals. I was surprised to see Brenda in the workout. I heard she was in some of them but hadn't seen her before.

I'm so tired I just want to sleep. I should go lift. Meg, I don't know how you do it with 3 boys!!! I'm so lazy.
