I like all those. Very good. My dictionary says spunk really means rotten wood though, and to pluck. WTH? I know what it really means though.... see, after I touch the wood, it rots cuz I am too toasty and I know how to burn it so it must rot soon after. The pluck...haven't figured that one out yet.

Anyhoo, I like your attitude too...dealing with ailments like myself. I am feeling sooooo much better today. I got to watch it though. I know when I feel better, then I want to conquer the universe again. I got to keep it in check. Gotta try.

Storm, I like them all!

I took a day off from work and I've successfully watched "The Bride of Frankenstein" and "the son of Frankenstein" this morning, while cleaning the house. The "Fly 2" is on now, but the beginning grossed me out while I was eating my salmon for lunch, so I had to turn that one off. LOL! I think I'll get on the treadmill and watch AMC. It was snowing here, a while ago, now it's just wet and gloomy outside.:(

Bionic Yoga Superhero Woman,

I seen that was on and decided to go with Sci Fi instead. Not into Frankenstein. I was cleaning too. I seen all the Flys over and over again. Funny, that will teach you to eat fish while watching that. lol. All I heard was screaming yesterday off the tv. So dramatic too...."oh, please don't bite me dracey baby", etc. Then the screams. lol. I can't wait to watch Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It is on the Fuse channel at 8pm on Thursday. Never seen the first one.

DD (Firestarter) just got finished with her workouts. She is doing really good. Her only problem is her back needs to get worked out more for her to be able to safely put the weight back on the smith machine knob things, after she squats heavy. She has got alot of strength in her legs, but that back needs more work. She is pressing hams with 60#, and she makes it look easy.
Dog just puked. Oh it smells. Gotta go and clean up again...GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bionic spunky superhero women,

Yea, Sometimes I get sucked into the dumbest movies. I've never seen the Frankenstein Movies, except the funny ones. LOL! Yesterday was like a Halloween marathon or something. Geez, how many of those did them make? I'll have to remember about the Texas Chainsaw massacre. I haven't seen that either.

Off to finish my workout. I just did 45 min. on the Treadmill at 3.5 MPH and 2% incline. Now it's 1 1/2 hr. of Yoga! Yikes! If I'm not burning off some fat with this rotation, just shoot me! I'm killin myself here. LOL!

Warm Up... Front Step Ups on bench 16x's (no weight) WOOHOO (just kidding)

Reverse Lunges
3 sets/12/110#

Low Pulsating Squats in "I Dream of Jeannie" position with arms folded and front toes raised, pressure on heels
3 sets/12/110#

Leg Extensions
3 sets/10/80#

Hamstring Presses
3 sets/10/50#

Plie Squats
3 sets/10/200#

My goal is to shrink my butt more, and it is already shrinking, I will be in size 1's soon..forget the 5's now...need a belt, and to increase my thighs...thus heavier weights for plie squats and leg extensions. If anyone thinks differently, let me know. My poor calves though. I need to fry them and I forgot to work them so I will just walk on my tippy toes for the rest of the night.

Well thank ya! Nice bionic yoga workout! Whatcha got in that protein shake tonight?? lol. I just turned on the tv and watching Kiss the Girls...well I got it on, but I had the vacuum going again so couldn't here it too well. lol. I am not good at sitting still in the daytime to watch tv. More at night.

Nice slower day.
I had my 2 old ladies that are a trip. I need to find m a man.
Don't know what to make for dinner. I have to cook . DH is coming home. I have to eat something to take a pill and i have no appetite.

Kiss the Girls is a good one.
Tonite is Biggest LoOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoser Night.
If i can stay up.
Meds are making me really tired. I may have to take a night off and let them kick in .
Dr. said i would feel better by the weekend.
Can i have summer back.

Char, I just have my regular Tequila Protein shake. LOL, Just kidding! Just Protein and berries and flaxseed and soy milk. I have a hard time sitting to watch a movie at any time of the day. I'm always walking around the house doing something else. I have the TV on in every room in the house, so I'm always hearing what's going on. HAAAA!

Anne, Thanks for reminding me about Biggest LoOOOOOser! I'd of forgot.

Yea, where is Diane Sue today! She can't still be lifting tall buildings, can she?

Debbie (FF)I have a question for ya, but first I should thank you for diligently posting your workouts, weights, reps over the past 2-3 weeks. I am beginning a heavy rotation. I did your upperbody workout on Monday and Lower body yesterday. I'm about to go downstairs to do your workout for today, but I am SO SORE from Monday still. Do you just go for it and ignore the soreness. I'm even tempted to take a few Motrin. My other option would be to do a lighter full body workout. I am not that sore in my legs from the leg workout....just my upperbody. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks

Good evening,
I finally found time for my bionic self to check in:) This morning I did I Max3 no str, SJP Step and High Step Challenge no w/up. I have been trying to get things done since I pick up dh from the airport tomorrow. He has been away on business. Then I took the Mudd puppy to pick up my granddaughters and we spent time at there house so Mudd could play with their dog.
Now I need to go back and read all of the check in.

Hey guys, Rogue here.

I did a WO early tonight since babysitting kids left at 5.
I did KPC, stopping at drills, SJP hi-lo, BC cardio, and then finished with a 5 minute fast TM run. I wanted to run longer, but my legs were a wee bit tired at that point.

I really want some of Charlotte's steak though. Quite hungry!

Ok I think I have caught up reading. I need to run and finish up dusting and picking up before bed.

Charlotte, I rarely have doms. But when I do I think I am on to something. Usually it happens once or twice and then the same workout doesn't do it anymore. I guess we are the superhero Machine women:)LOL on the chiropractor. I tend to put off doctors because I hate the side effects of the medicine.

Anne, I am sorry you have both bronchitis and tendonitis. Take care of yourself. You can make up for it in a couple of weeks.

Dallys, you skipped Yoga Belly 7's to get in the hot tub? I have heard others skip this part. I like it myself. I would rathe skip some of those balancing poses:)

Randi, I usually get up at around 6 am. Sometimes a little earlier. It takes me about an hour to get woke up and play with the dog awhile before I start my workout though.
