Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Wed March 7

Awe.... House is spotless! Candles burning, cooked some brown rice and black beans for later. Feel so good about that.:) Now, I'm going to take the dog for a walk...or run.}( Yoga has to wait. Don't worry, I'll blow out the candles before I leave.:D How I wish I didn't need a job. I could get used to days like this.

Sara- You have it warmer up your way. But it is up to 50 here today.

I have to have candles lit all the time or I can't breathe in my house right now. Don't ask. Love a spotless house too. Food sounds..well yucky...black beans??? Better you then me. Enjoy the walk or run. Everyone is having warmer weather, not here YET. This weekend will warm up. Bike ride weather coming soon.

Diane Sue - I just re-read my comment about Quickie Premix & Bliss and I guess I worded it wrong. Yes, they are premixes.....but I think the pose selection is different enough to be noticeable (to me at least, although you will get to know parts of the practice pretty well from doing them over and over. I hope you like it.

Sara - I like Yoga Booty Ballet's workouts, but they aren't that intense. However, I can make them more intense when I do them and get a good workout. I usually do the aerobic segments x 2 to make it longer.

THis week I started the Dec 06 rotation. I got good results last time I did it. But this time I have all the new workouts and I will add a little more cardio. Today I did Gym Style BSB.

I sent you one last night and I thought I did this morning too. You might have deleted it thinking it was one you read already? Send me another if you have a question.

So I finished doing ME. I did the squats and one legged squats with 80#. The leg presses with 2 10# plates. The curls with 25# barbell like Cathe does and kickbacks with 12# db's, etc. I used a 20# db for working back with each arm, as she is bent over..forget what these are called. All the other moves I used same weight.

Sara - I forgot.....I really like Rock Steady STep Also.....but it's sort of complex towards the end and I still don't know it all the way thru. It's fun though. I like Seasun Z.
 
It was definitely cardio day for me. I took the dog outside for a run/walk with CC#1 for 37 min. did 3 miles. It was warmer than I thought (in the 60's) so, I then went on a Mt. Bike ride for 1 hr. and 31 min. Burned 222 on run/walk and 536 on Mt. Bike ride. Feeling some kinda high here, can't explain it.:)}( Must be bikers high. LOL!

Sara - I hope you see this. The guy that have a great yoga DVD is Bryan Kest, not Mark Blanchard. I have no clue who Mark Blanchard is! Sorry about that!!
 
Hi ladies! Gotta be quick again...sorry! x( Tonight's WO was Pyramid Back, Muscle Max Back, followed by Turbo Jam Cardio Party #1. Had DOMS for the second day on biceps, so I think there are some changes taking place there!

Todays workout was Interval Max no stretch, M&F Hers rotation and finished with Amy Bento abs#2 & stretch#2. I tried to get some house work caught up. Not finished yet because we went and had our taxes done. I came home and bathed the dogs. Tomorrow is my grandchildrens play.
