M4: Vanilla Pro Pudding mixed w/Strawberry & Cream yogurt (very good!)
M5: 92% ff 4 oz. beef patty; salad w/Parmesan dressing
M6: Banana protein pancake

97 g carbs - 23%

Really like this breakdown. I'm spot on today.

Hey there. I finished SJP. It really was fun. I just love it when sweat is running down my arms and legs! FUnny how I sweat more during the LB work rather then the cardio!

OK, I really gotta go, off to work! Talk to ya's in the morning since I won't be home till after midnight!

Debbie - I think if I would keep my eating clean I would have realized good fat loss with warp speed, but I didn't so what I think it has done has kept me from gaining weight. But I have done great at eating today!

Ally & Teddy - Thanks! And yes I have a squat rack, in fact a custom made one! It mounts to my ceiling and folds up out of the way when not in use. When you have limited space you have to get creative!

Finished my upperbody workout. My neck and shoulder area are screwed up again so I had to compensate for that..feel old when my neck is stiff and can't turn it. Ick.

70# 3/8 (believe it or not this weight is just right for me. I don't know about anyone else, but I feel like something in my back is pulling when I bench and I am afraid I am gonna really mess myself up)

Lying Tricep Ext:
15# db's 3/8

Tomorrow is Extended Low Max.
 
Okay here's my workout and I owe thanks to my dd for encouraging me to workout this afternoon!
We did KPC, oh it felt good to do a Cathe workout again. It was tough! I wish I would have wore my MIO so I could see how many cals I burned, because I was burnin em up baby!!!
