Ally - I am really enjoying the TT. One because there is more lifting and two they are intense and get the HR, without those over the top Metabolic circuits!
Debbie - I will have to say that I think you should go more by RPE rather than HR. Your history with HRM makes RPE seem like a better intensity gage. BTW, did you get your versagripps? Do you like them? I absolutely love mine. Those lunges with 40's would be impossible without them!!
