Hey Girls! I got in my workout without any disturbances. I feel irritable today. My dd's room looks like pack rat city in there and same people are coming back to look at our home again. I am just trying to keep up with everything. I got all the cleaning done too except for my room.
Anyhoo, I did shoulders/arms P90X style...
Alt Shoulder Presses 25's 10x's then 8x's
In & Out Bicep Curls 20's 16xs then 25's 10x's
Two Arm Tricep Kickbacks 20's 10x's both times. I was at 15's
Deep Swimmer's Presses 20's 10x's and then 8x's
Full Supination Concentration Curls 40's 6x's and then dropped to 35's 8x's
Chair Dips 30x's with 25# db in lap both times
Upright Rows 20's and 10x's both times
Static Arm Curls 20's 16x's and then 25's 8x's
Flip Grip Twist Tricep Kickbacks with 12's 10x's both times
Two Angle ShouldersFlys 20's 10x's and then 12x's
Crouching Cohen Curls 20's 8x's and then 15's 10x's
Lying Down Tricep Ext 15's 8x's and then 10x's
In & Out Straight Arm Shoulder Flys 12's 16x's and then 10x's
Congdon Curls 30's dropped to 25's 6x's did not complete a second time..fried.
Side Tri Rises 20x's each arm
Ab Ripper tonight.
