Linda - Forgot to answer you. I work at a community college. I'm the program manager for the Life Enrichment program which is the non-credit program - you know, like community ed. I'm also the research person for our business training and workforce development group which is part of our department as well. It's a great mix.

Dallys - Yes, I thought the total body w/o was tough! That's the first time I did that one. Do you have Jari's DVD's? I'm feeling it today, I hurt but it feels so good!

Debbie - You amaze me! Just looking at what you do and how you are dedicated to your body and keeping it healthy not to mention how great you look, helps keep me going.

Okay, I just got done with 4DS kickboxing, and I worked harder to it this time!!! I was sweating buckets. Had to walk around a bit afterwards to cool down. Cathe's c/d wasn't enough for me. I love this rotation! I'm gonna work just legs tomorrow!

Hey Maniacs! I just finished the 90 min. YogaX. Now it's hot tub time!:p

Sandy- I don't have any of Jari Love's stuff. I mostly stick with Cathe and Beachbody and Cardio Coach workouts, along with some misc. yoga stuff.:)

Suz- I'm glad your Dad is coming for Christmas.:)
I sure hope Diane Sue is alright, I'm worried too.

Dallys - Way to go on Yoga X. I always had a love/hate relationship with that one.

We're getting ready to get in the hot tub too. It's -7 outside with the windchill and I HATE going outside to get in the hot tub when it's that cold. It's nice once we're in but then I hate getting back out!

Dallys - Me too! I ask DH to go open it up and tell him I'll be right down. And then when we get out I run in the house and he does all the shutting and snapping up the top. Oh, and putting in the chemicals. :) Poor guys!
