Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Wed April 11

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was Push/Pull Upper Body 3 Sets Premix. Just when you think this is one of the "easier" DVDs and then you get a premix that bites you in the rear to remind you that it's tough stuff! I thought I was going to die doing 3 sets of those pike position shoulder presses off the high step! I got home late again, so I was glad I still got the workout done.

Thanks for all the good eating and sleeping comments today-hopefully I will have more time to post tomorrow!
