I ended up doing Barry's Arms & Abs plus the non-treadmill cardio. I added on 10 minutes of cardio from the Biggest Loser with Bob and then I was going to do Bar Method, but did Cardio Barre instead - which was 40 minutes of a waste of time. Not near as effective as Lotte, Fluidity or Bar Method! I also did Yoga Beauty Body with Ravi & Ana 45". Total workout without the Barre & Yoga was 1 hour 14 minutes and I burned 373 calories...........however, it doesn't really matter what the heck I burned today, as nothing can redeem me from the 3 cookies I ate yesterday (large cookies with icing ......yummmm.......but ugh!!!). The last of my Easter splurge (I hope).

Diane Sue - very sorry to hear that Lyme's disease isn't ruled out yet. I don't really know what the treatment options are for that, but it doesn't sound good. This is just terrible. The poor little puppy. I was feeling bad for Brooklyn yesterday cuz she was not feeling well from her rabies shot! Gosh. That's nothing compared to what your poor baby is going thru. I hope things end up okay!
Jen- another one that can't give any advice on sleep, as I sleep deprive myself constantly to try and make myself tired enough to be able to fall asleep at night. I'm a very hyper person. I only average 4-5 hours of sleep a night. If I get 6 a couple nights in a row, I'll be up for 2 nights straight. I'm like the freakin' energizer bunny......until I start falling asleep at the dinner table and think I'm going to be able to sleep at night.........but then when it's time to fall asleep, I'm wide awake!! LOL! Maybe your just tired from stress at work. You have been working long hours and this is your busy time, right?? (we posted at the same time.....yes, back to barry's...I have my schedule broken up a bit right before and after the full body workout briefly. I'll be doing them back to back for a few days now. I didn't do all the burpees and mountain climbers today, as my shoulders don't want to hear it!
Deb - Gosh....DB shrugs with 35's!! I'd die. I'm not even allowed to do them with any weight due to my injury. I'd be in a super spasm if I did those!! Yikes!! My Physical Therapist used to tell me my traps were very developed when I used to get therapy....however, I think he just was mistaking severe spasms for muscles!!! LOL. My traps are always like rocks and spasmed.
