6 at one time. I was doing 12 at one point, but was doing them wrong. I do close grip.

Can't see the picture right now. Sounds like something I have to have! lol. I just ordered a bunch of purple neon primitive bulbs for my candles in the window for Halloween. Not sure I can decorate for Halloween this year though cuz we need to sell the house.

I have just realized that I have some serious DOMS in my chest. And I feel a slight twinge in my core when I move! Now that is a lovely feeling.

Charlotte- I haven't used my moms machine in a bit. Only because it isn't here LOL! I really need to get my butt down there with a plan in mind and just work it. The change is good for the mind and body.

Good afternoon,
I am going to post my workout and then come back later. I have to get my errands run so my granddaughters can be back in time for cheerleading camp. I did I Max Extreme, Amy Bento's abs from abs and stretch both segments with some added resistance. She does use weights for some of the moves, Yoga Shatki dancing warrior #1&#2, shoulder openers, and supine poses, Amy bento's stretch #1. Be back in awhile:)

Not sure why the link isn't working now. Oh well, it is on the AVON website under gifts, seasonal. Charlotte, if you love Halloween, you will LOVE this. Maybe decorations would make the house look more homey, know what I mean? I hope you sell soon, but I hope you can decorate too!

Meaghan, I went to the Avon site and found it! It's so cute! Since my kids have grown up (21 and 18), I hardly ever decorate for Halloween. I used to get quite into it. LOL!

WD, you're making me want to get my Yoga Shatki DVD out. I haven't used that in ages. I never really picked my own poses with it. I'll have to try that. I'love the scenery in that workout.

Lora, did you order Barry's Bootcamp also? You'll have to let us know if you like Tracy's.

Toasty, I'm going to have to try that weight on the back with Planks. Corse, Planks are hard enough as is, so I don't know why I feel the need to torture myself. LOL!

I'm doing Shoulders and Arms X later with AB Ripper X. I'll try to post my weights, although they aren't impressive. :p

Isn't it great Dallys! I was thinking of ~possibly~ doing a Halloween party for the kids, but not sure yet.
SOmeone is sending my Abripper X. I can't wait to do it. I am starting to get DOMS in my abs right now! I haven't had them in a while. Must be from picturing doing a plank with weight LOL!!!!

Maeghan, You'll love Ab ripperX. I can't imagine some of the Maniacs here are using weighted balls and ankle weights with it. I'd die!!!

A Halloween party for the kids sounds really fun. Do it! :)

OH! Forgot to add: my legs aren't sore from yesterday's bike ride, but they are really weak for some reason, like major fatiqued. The stairs in my house seem like a mile long. LOL!

Hey guys-I have been gone on a mini vacation to williamsburg va and va beach.so no workouts since friday.I did lowmax blast only on friday.
Today I have done 30 min of yoga.I have got to start adding it back in my body gets achey when I don't do it on a reg basis.I am getting ready to head out the door for powercut class.

Dallys - yes, I preordered Barry's Bootcamp also. His classes are supposed to be really tough. He's known for the hardest in Hollywood. He's a recovering addict, so he holds a special place in my heart and I know how driven he probably is cuz of his personality. I'll let you know about the Tracy's. Apparently, she's a huge Cathe fan and does Cathe all of the time and from what I've heard, the clips look good (I can't view them).

My favorite Yoga Shakti to do is some Dancing Warriors, Standing Poses, Backbend prep, Supine poses, Twists and Forward Bends, inversions and savasana. It takes about 45-50 minutes and I love it. I love the Dancing Warrior segments. I just ordered Shiva's new one off of Acacia.com called Fluid Power. I hope it gets here soon.

Charlotte - Lunar update tonight on BPAL. Kindly Moon and who knows what else will go up. Paypal account is ready!
 
I just finished up Shoulders and Arms X. I love that workout. I also did ARX. Had a great workout. I upped most of my weights. Felt pretty strong today.:) Thank goodness it was upperbody today.

Lora, I hope Barry's Bootcamp is good. He sounds tough. As soon as I get sick of YogaX, I'll add in Yoga Shatki. I also like Eoin Finns' yoga.

Sheila, sounds like you had a great vacation! I feel alot better with yoga in my routine also.

Dallys - I do Shoulders & Arms and ARX tomorrow...but I'm feelin' sort of sick...so I don't know how it will go. I love Eion. Do you have my all time favorite DVD, Power Yoga for Happiness? It is the BEST.

I'm glad to see this thread getting so much activity.

Does anyone ever talk to Marietta, Nicole, Dallas, Susan, Terri or Sabrina ever? I wish they would come back too. Maybe we'll see them soon cuz school's starting and they might have more time on their hands??

My abs are sore today. Diane Sue does the AbRipper often...can't you tell? Something of scissor kicks in there too from what I hear. Oh, you just wait! Your abs will be smiling back at you in the mirror!!!! Aren't you excited to try it???

Yes Charlotte! I am really excited to try it! As I sit here, the DOMS in my abs are really layering on!! I can't believe it. I love it! Can't wait to see that smile!:p

My inner thighs hurt too, and my chest, and I love it!:p

Just got home from the gym. I did legs and abs, no cardio today.
Heres the breakdown. 90 second rest inbetween sets:

LEGS:
Leg Extension- 3 sets 10 reps, 80#
Leg Curl- 4 sets 8 reps 55#
Squats- 4 sets, (2 w/ toes vertical, 2 w/ toes out to side (inner))12 reps, 90#
Ham Curls on stability ball- 1 set w/ both legs 12 reps, then 10 on singles on each leg
Leg Press- 3 sets 12 reps 145# (killer}()
Squats on Bosu Ball- 1 set of 15 reps w/ 23# barbell

ABS:
Abdominal machine- 3 sets of 15 reps 77.5#
Abdominal machine for oliques/ crivis- 1 set of 20 each side 67.5#
Ab Crunch Machine- 3 sets 15 reps 90#
C&W abs
Ab Board Inverted Sit-ups- 105
Ball Pikes- 1 set of 10 (love these;-))

Then stretch.

Dallys & Lora- I'm thinking about getting the abripperx from beachbody.com. Also the power yoga. They both sound cool!
