CHEST:
Pushups 2 sets 20 and then last set 15x's
Bench 75# 3/8 (always feel like something in back is going to pull the wrong way)
Overhead Presses
40# 3/8
Skull Crushers
50# 6x's then dropped to 45# and did 2/8
