Hello Ladies!
Well, this morning I slept a little longer than I would have liked (hmmm...is this becoming a trend?). So I only had time for 55 minutes on the bike. I did nothing spectacular, just a steady state spin. Worked up a sweat, averaged 16.9mph - which is easy to do because I have no wind resistance and no hills if I have it set on a flat course. I felt too tired to do a Cardio Coach. And I went to bed early. Lazy, lazy me.
Lora - Looks like you snapped right out of your "no motivation to work out". GREAT workout girl! I wish I had your lack of motivation.
You continue to amaze me every single day.
Diane Sue - What a great workout you got in today. Who would know you were in a trailer on vacation??? Such dedication. You are such an inspiration. Sorry you are dealing with a dog in heat. What timing!
Debbie - You also had a great workout. Especially considering you've been under stress and not eating. I'm glad your appetite is coming back. Take it easy on that wrist. I hope things continue to look up for you.
Dallys - I know what you mean. I get that same way too - I don't like to look too big. It makes me feel fat. I guess it's my ballerina background.
Enjoy your ride. My bike is seeing less and less of the outdoors. It's so dark in the mornings and in the evenings by the time I get home. On the weekends we've had 20mph winds and you KNOW how much I like to ride in the wind.
Have a GREAT day everyone!!!
Suz
