Hey Maniacs and Bags alike! LOL!
D#@$ these premixes on my new DVD's! I started off doing BM2 cardio timesaver and then it somehow went into all the blasts. Then stopped at 26 min. for a stretch? Oh well, I just did another step segment and called it a day with that one. Burned 186 in 40 min. Now I'm eating a banana to give me a boost for Legs and Glutes. That's next.
Be back later...Fat is burning...figure I need to lose at least 5lbs.
