Morning Maniacs -

This morning was Power 90X+ Intervals. Workout was 50" and I burned 422 calories. This didn't get my HR up very high....but I'm a bit tired this morning.

I'm getting sick of this rotation.......not sure how much longer I can last. Not enough variety for me.

Good Morning Maniacs!

Today I'm trying Tracey Staehle's Glute Camp. Have heard mixed opinions so I will have to see for myself. I just got my P90X push up stands so will try them with Upper + tomorrow. They are way bigger than I expected! Hope you all have great workouts :)

Lora-I feel the same way about the new P90X+ rotation. I LOVE almost all the workouts but need a bit more variety. It will be interesting what P90X Shuffle turns out to be.

Today was cardio and I decided to do Cardio Coach #4. Tough workout. Stupid HRM was acting up. At one point it registered at 211 bpm! Good Lord. It stayed that high for at least 5 minutes. I don't get it. I give up!

Anyways, I did have a good workout. I just kept thinking "Gotta condition my heart, gotta condition my heart" It made me push even harder then I usally do. So maybe the 211 was correct? :rofl:

I just went back and read Friday-Monday's posts and I'm in tears here. You are all so very sweet and thank you so much for worrying about me and my dad. I can't express enough how wonderful you all are! So thank you. And thanks for the prayers.

Things are still a bit bleak with my dad. His heart rate was up to 165 on Sunday night and it took a while for them to get it to go down. My step mom said you could see his chest beating. The meds they have him on are working. She said he looks 100% better and is getting ornary. His appetite is also back.

Good Morning, Today I did P90X Intervals Plus, I then did Low Impact Circuit cardio only and abs, then P90X abs and core +, finished with 10 minute solutions with Amy Bento Abs and Stretch segments.
My headache is still there a little this morning. I will really be watching what I do tomorrow when I do Total Body.

Debbie, that is good that your Dad sounds like he is feeling a little more like himself:)

Dallys, I will have to do a search on the pull ups, thanks.

Hey Maniacs!!!

Nothing working right here this morning. Computer is acting up really bad so getting someone to come fix it with the money I have growing on a tree outside. lol. I can't read my yahoo mail. Can't view it. I am gonna leave it alone here soon and go do my workout. Today is Upper Body and Abs.

You getting sick of P90X already???? Well you did start before me on this, but we got 90 DAYS STILL!!!! I am gonna stick with it! I am going to do my own weighted leg work instead of Kenpo. I feel like Kenpo is just not enough for me. I want weights. In week 4 of the classic rotation, we go back to doing legs/back which is fine for me, but in this first 3 weeks I want to work my legs more.

Well my weight is 116 now. My abs feel even tighter then before and my back is getting stronger.

Today was cardio, but I've got a cold and am sitting here unable to breathe. Boy does this suck! Anyway, I did Imax2 Blast Mania premix. With the cold, it really made me work!

Debbie - Glad to here your Dad is feeling better. I will keep you both in my prayers! Sorry about the HRM! I know how much it frustrates you.

Adina - Good Luck with 4DS Bootcamp. That's one tough workout. That's the one I wanted to do this morning, but with the cold just wasn't feeling up to it.

Char - I feel for you with the computer. Mine drives me crazy a lot of the time, but I just got lucky and found this great guy at our church that loves computers. He's been helping me so much, he even came to my house on Saturday and worked on it! Boy I love that guy! (PS, don't tell DH!:p )

Coni - great job matching Cathe!

Forgot the stupid 1/2 banana to go with my Vanilla Pro Pudding. This will cut my carbs way down and my calories as well. I'll have to eat something else for dinner to keep my calories up above 1600 though. Not sure what I'll have but I'll find something. Maybe a spoon of PB.
 
Glute Camp was more challenging than I expected. I used a medium resistance versa loop instead of the light one they used so I think I will be sore tomorrow! This is the 1st workout that I was able to use my Bosu trainer a lot and I think it really worked by core throughout as well.

Diane Sue-I hope your headache is better. I usually end up taking the stress in my shoulders.

Linda- Thanks! Way to go with the Blast Mania Pre-Mix during a cold, I bet you worked hard!

Charlotte-Hope your computer is better soon:) Frustrating I know.

Been busy in my part of the world.

This morning before work I did 4DS-HIS. I had a weight class at lunch and I have a cardioi class to teach this evening.

I have had my share of computer issues this week so I can relate!!

Your lucky you got someone to fix yours like that. Gonna cost us $100, but better then $3K cuz I was ready to take a hammer to it and destroy it completely. I had a bad day. I broke my pyrex measuring cup and then ended up stepping on a piece of glass as well. Just one of those days.

I had a great workout. Maxed out at 9 for pullups unassisted several times. Much much stronger then a few days ago since was TTOM. Working biceps I have to go very low in weight to do 50 million reps with Tony. lol.

Debbie I'm glad your dad is doing better. I know what you going through right now is hard because my grandpa has been in the hospital for a week with phnemona sp? The phnemona is gone but he has been on oxygen for 8 years from smoking now his lungs are getting worse only 20% funtioning but his heart is great.
I'm thinking about you Deb!

Okay Charlotte, I will be patient and wait. :)

I'm gonna go do my Interval X Plus then I get to do abs again. Just did them last night, and they hurt so good right now!!!

I did Interval Plus and abs Plus. My abs are really feeling it. That's a good thing!

I have to admit that Tony makes me laugh every once in a while. Tomorrow is Total Body Plus.

I think I am trippin doing this rotation...YIKES! When he got half way through the w/o, and said now we're gonna do it all again...I was like "WTH" I'm really tired Tony!!!
