Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 and added some intensity to it to make it more intense. Workout was 45 minutes and I burned 317 calories. This reading should be correct since my resting heartrate did come down this morning. I also did Rainbeau Mars Pure Tranquility restorative yoga (30"). Short workout today, as I have that job interview at Coca Cola this morning.
Charlotte- I love Trick 2. It smells even better on the dry down. Have you ever smelled Lick It Again? It smells so good .....sweet scent. I'm wearing it today.
Jen - I only have a mild bladder infection. I'm prone to them and so I have to take antibiotics every once in a while if I feel a slight one coming on. I didn't let it get full blown and started my meds. I'll have to do the SWAT workout a couple more times before I make a conclusion. I was not working out at full intensity yesterday ...took it just a bit easy. There is no traditional back work in the workouts, but oddly enough my back feels worked differently. Must have been all of those Mountain Climbers and Squat Thrusts. I think they may be good for crosstraining and changing things up a bit....as I am mildly sore in a few places I don't normally feel anything. I only did the Weight Loss one which was like a circuit with some weights, mountain climbers, squat thrusts, and push ups with cardio moves thrown in. The Toning one used a resistance band.
Have great workouts everyone. I'll be around for a little bit and then I have to leave for a while.
