Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Tues April 22

Ally - I work for a Colon & Rectal Surgeon - front desk/secretary/receptionist. They are freaks. Not even allowed to wear my uniform there. I have to get changed at work. They also complained that it took me too long to change! They are so anal about everything. They drive me crazy. I've gotten 2 bladder infections since I've worked there cuz I'm afraid to drink water due to the bathroom issue. I think part of the problem is that I'm not one of the boss's "suck up brown nosers" and I don't think she really cares for my personality. Already told me I can't wear my crazy colour nailpolishes or perfume oils (cuz she doesn't like them)....then it was the bathroom...etc. Since I'm in the front office...no food at my desk either.

Also - do you know how to do the Kayaker? I held my 10 lb body bar and did it. You sort of curl up to engage your abs and then go left with the bar and then right....sort of like you're in a Kayak paddling.

Oh....and I can't drink V8 juice (but I LOVE it), as I have reflux and it's too acidic for me and causes an attack.

Did my ab work to BM2

Here is my chest/back work:


2 minute rest between each set

Chest
Flat Dumbell Fly:
15# - 15x's (W/U)
30# - 12/12/12
**same as before as 30's challenge me enough and towards the end really shaky**

Bench Press:
45# - 15
60# - 12/12/12 (up 5 more pounds)
**I know there are several ways you can grip the bb, but I have been going wider and this is harder so my weight has gone down as before I would grip more inwards and felt it in my shoulders more, but I know I still suck at bench**

Incline Dumbbell Press:
25# - 12/12/12 (up 5# more pounds as I had to drop to 20's last time)

Decline DB Flyes
30's 12x's then dropped to 25's and finished out 2 sets/12 ('bout the same as last time)

Back
Overhand Pullups:
7/5/4 (exactly like last time) geez!


Pullovers:
40# - 12/12/10 (increased by 2 more reps on last set)

One Arm Rows:
35# - 12/12/12

Overhand BB Rows
60# 12/12/12 (just like before)
