Done with leg work. Targeting more on glutes

3 sets/90 sec rest:

Reverse Lunges #110 12/10/8 reps
Low End Squats #110 12/10/8 reps (butt about 1 foot away from floor)

*sigh* -- well, I guess I'll try to refrain from posting my Buckcherry pic's since nobody seems to like Josh but me. I always have liked the odd ones! LOL.

Charlotte - I guess I probably should wear 13 tomorrow since it is Friday the 13th!! I'm not sure though. I'll decide in the AM.

Lora, don't stop posting pics! I'm sure others love to see the tatooed bod of the Buckcherry dude. I just haven't a clue of who he is. Geeze louise, I think rockers like Keith Richards and Steven Tyler and Axl Rose and Tommy Lee are hot. I'm just as twisted as you are. lol!

What Apple strudle bread? I don't see no Apple Strudle bread (whipes crumbs of chin).

I'm sitting here using my hand held massager. I've got horrid spasms in my shoulders.....I guess I really did myself in with those heavy bent over lateral raises.

Ann - No offense taken. I know everyone here sort of just puts up with me and my antics. I get a bit excited about things I'm passionate about....and sometimes I just like to share.

Dallys - Do you listen to a station that plays current rock? If so, Buckcherry is the band that has the hit single Crazy Bit$! out right now. They are my latest obsession (just ask Ms. Toasty). They are a blues based rock band and their influences are The Rolling Stones, Vintage Aerosmith, and AC/DC. I'm also really into the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Seether. I think the tattoos grow on you after a while, but then I've always liked tattooed bad boys. Just finished my leg and back workout. I upped one on my chins and upped from 80lb. pull downs to 90 lbs. Not sure how I'll up that as I was coming off the ground at times. :) Maybe a heavy weight around my waist with the belt will hold me down. But, I'm not ready to up weight there yet. I did Ab ripper X on my own as I have it memorized.:)

Lora, I'm gonna go see if I recognize that song. I'll look on youtube and maybe see a video of them.

Just me posting again. :p

Lora, I've been listening to a bunch of Buckcherry songs. I can see the Stones influence big time. I really like them and Josh is alot better to see movin' around and doing his thing. Much better.:) Still don't like the greasy hair in the picture above, but I like his messed up hair look. I'm sure I've heard ridin and lit up before. Hadn't heard the Crazy B song. I like check your head. :) Thanks for the fun.

Is it just me or am I seeing a Chuckberry and Buckcherry thing?
