M2: ON whey protein shake w/strawberries (post workout)
M3: 2 oz. turkey on 1 slice 12 grain bread; 2 tbsp. raw almonds
M4: Chocolate Pro Pudding mixed w/Strawberry & Cream yogurt
M5: Crab Cake; salad w/Parmesan yogurt dressing
M5: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites scrambled (maybe)

I just finished eating M3 and M4 was from yesterday going to force myself to eat as soon as I get home. I’ll be leaving M5 in our frig for tomorrow. My appetite is retuning, I've been eating lots of sweets and had burger king chicken nuggets and sm fries last night:p

Meals today:

M1: 3 egg whites w/ oatmeal
M2: whey protein shake w/1c ff milk
M3: 2 ff hebrew national hotdogs w/1 bun
M4: spinach salad, onions, red peppers, croutons, cottage cheese & peaches
M5: chicken breast w/broccoli
 
Teddygirl - what is the nutritional value on the Hebrew Hotdogs? Are they better then regular hotdogs? Can you give me calories, protein, carbs and fat that is in one doggie? Thanks! :)
 
Afternoon Maniacs,

Today was cardio with 60 sec high/ 120 sec moderate for 6 rounds, then 5 minutes recovery and then 20 minutes moderate, so I used Imax3 intervals 1,2,3,4,6,7 (some I shortened because they were way over 1 minute) with combos 2,3,4,6,7,8, then 5 min walk on TM then combos 1,2,3 from C&W.

Lora - The apex is the very top center of the ball and that is were your bellybutton is suppose to be situated over and then you arch your back around the ball, like doing a back bend over the ball. HTH!

Nice workouts everyone! Would stay and chat more but need to put my groceries away!
 
My workout this morning was Amy Bento's Step Challenge 2 and I repeated the Power Ups two more times, then I did I Max 3 intervals 1-5. I burned 753 calories doing the cardio. Then I did Pyramid calves 2 times with 25# dumbbell, hanging knee raises with a 15# med ball 5 sets of 10, Pyramid abs using the 15# med ball for everything except the pikes, BodyMax 2 abs adding weight , and Eion Finn's Power Yoga For Happiness Yoga quickie. Total calorie burn was 1,011 calories. Had to rush out to the dor office to get some more blood drawn to try to find out what is causing my iron levels to be so high. Then went to dd's. Just got home. I will have to go back and read everyone's posts in a bit.

DianeSue - How is Amy's Step Challenge 2? I recently got 1 and love it except all her whooping, but I love the chorography.
 
Linda, I have #1 but have only attempted it once. I have done the power ups a few times. I love #2. She doesn't whoop in it LOL. I have heard others say that about some of her older ones. #2 has power ups that are kind of a step Kickbox type feel. Only 4 minutes so that is why I repeat that segment. I like the music too. The choreography is challenging but I enjoy it so much I just keep at it. Segment 5 is where I tend to get lost because she does a lot of turns and spins. It is a fun workout.

Hey Maniacs! Finished up RCR workout-A. Was really sweating by the end! I think the more you do these workouts the harder they get because you get more efficient at them. I was going to only do 4 weeks total, but I'm going to change it to 8 (actually 9 counting vacation) weeks. So it will go like this..

4 weeks alternating workouts A and B, 3 times a week
1 week vacation
4 weeks alternating workouts A2 and B2, 3 times a week
Cardio will be mtn. biking or HIIT or CC's

I'm not going to get my bike ride in. DD came and I spent time with her.

I have something stinky in my house and I CAN'T FIND IT!! Smells like a wet mildewy something or other. It's driving me nuts!

Diane Sue- DD went to the Docs today and they said she had low iron. She's a Dietitian, so she laughed when they told her what she needs to eat treating her like she was 2 yrs old. LOL! It'll be interesting to see what is causing your high levels.
