M4: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese mixed with vanilla yogurt
M5: Mango Tilapia; salad w/parmesan dressing
M6: Chocolate Pro Pudding w/ 2 tbsp. power pb

Ally - Thanks for the info on the swings. I have hex dumbbells to 40#. I'll have to look into do the swings with those. Anyway, I have the classic versagripps. I called the company when I ordered mine to find out what the difference is. The fit is just suppose to be more narrow for a woman, but I find nothing wrong with my classics, also just an FYI, you wear the wrist band more on the base of your hand than your wrist and it should be loose enough to be able to spin the grip around without having to undo it. They don't send you any instructions, the rep told me this. Here's the link to the one's I have:

Ally - you seem to be doing well with your WSFL. I'll need you to help motivate me again with it when I get back from Vegas.

Linda - will you be starting WSFL next week? It would help in motivating me next week if you would be doing it to. What do you think?

The job is going well. I'm a bit nervous, as the new Owner just took over 2 weeks ago and he's been hiring salesmen...etc and I'm hoping he knows what he's doing since the economy has been so bad. They say business has picked up that this Nissan dealer...so maybe the economy is picking up? Also, when things go "this well" in my life, I get a bit nervous cuz I'm used to always going thru the hard stuff and I wonder when the rug is going to be pulled from underneath me. Hate to sound negative......but just being honest.

If I have time, I'll check in and say goodbye in the AM before I leave....but if not, I'll talk to y'all next week.
 
Got my shoulder workout and ab workout in before I left for work:

Overhead Presses
30# db's 3/6 (BEST YET..can only do these standing up as I have a bench that goes upright into chair position, but can't do it seated)

Arnold Presses
25's 3/8

Front Lateral Raises
15's 3/8

Did ab work to BM2

Tomorrow I am doing cardio on elliptical.
