Great job Charlotte! Love the shakes!

I just did KPC, except the last segment, BC cardio, BC core, and then chest work. I couldn't do all the push ups like last week since my wrists are sore. Bummer.
I really am not in a good mood, so I really got into the punches and kicks and it felt great, and my arms were burning.

Thanks for the compliments on the progress everyone.

Your chest is sore, huh? Want me to jump on it??? lol. I agree, I think you need to rest for a few days. I am gonna take a rest day tomorrow cuz I am going to see the bone crusher. DH insist I go. It will be his fault if I am worse off for it. I told him I'd rather massage therapist.

Another kick ass WO Shiela! Do you use machines alot or free weights? Great job.

Charlotte- I was sweating pretty good, but it wasn't as good of a WO as I did on Sunday. I am in a rotten mood, so I really got into the kicking and punching. I hope I didn't hurt myself throwing those punches! LOL! BC cardio kicks my butt, so I love doing it back to back. And of course, the core part is really good for all around, especially the planks. I wish I did more chest, but I just couldn't today. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
I can't wait to start another rotation similar to yours and Debs next. I am very impressed with those lunges and bi curls woman!

Dallys- I am doing a one body part per day rotation, with 4 days of different cardio. It has been fun, and definately worked with strength gains. THis is my last week.

Hey Maniacs!!!
Got home from school alittle while ago. It was ok. I came home and had to help my mom pack cuz where MOVING!!!!}(x( Yuck I hate moving!!!! Well, anyway todays workout is biceps, triceps, and some abs. I did C&W abs this morning before school.

Charlotte- Great workout you sekcy maniac!!!! I also have shoulder problem in my left. I feel its near the rotator cuff but not sure. I'm getting it checked next week.

Maeghan- Hey girl I just noticed that cha lost 2 more pounds!!! Yea girl!!!!Great job! Only 3 more ta go:D:D:D

Well I don't have much time right now cuz I'm off to homeworkmax then the gym. I'll post my brakedown later when I do it.

Took me forever this morning, but I finally got my workout in. I started with Amy Bento Step &Pump w/u and cardio, then Rhythmic step cardio, cardio segments & abs of HSCh,, then I did some ab supersets grouped like this
3 sets each Hanging knee raise w/ a cross 12# 12 reps(obliques)
w/ Bowflex 100# crossover crunches 12 reps
3 sets each Back extensions on the ball holding 10# plate to chest
Torso cork screws on the ball with 10# dumbbell 12 reps
for both moves(this was awkward my book said weight plate
held on chest w/ one hand. I switched to a dumbbell)
3 sets each Bowflex high cable wood chops(obliques) 50# 20rep both
sides
Bowflex kneeling crunches 160# 20 reps
I followed with Yoga Shatki Dancing warrior#4, Supine poses and inversions for a total of around 20 minutes.
Here it is after two oclock and I am just eating lunch. I did drink a protein shake after my w/out though. Got to run. I will check back later.

Lora, maybe you could do SJP hi lo cardio and weights. Or you could do the weights and a treadmill run that burns lots of calories quickly. High Step Challenge has a 51 min Timesaver workout.

I am trying to conquer doing more of the hanging knee raises, but hanging wears my arms out fast. You got a good ab workout today. I still have to do mine. I should try some yoga too. I need to get more flexible.

Just finished Core Synergistics. Could'nt figure out what exercise caused the sore shins. Oh well. I do know that since I'm injury free (knock on wood) I'm doing alot better with the X this round then I did a couple of years ago. The first time I did it I hurt my shoulder(rotator cuff) right outta the gate and had to modify alot of stuff. My knees are also doing alot better this round. I had surgery on them a year or so before my first round. Geez, I'm like talking to myself and babbleing all over the place. LOL!


You all are kicking butt!!! Everyones workouts are soooooo motivating to me. Keep it up!

Good evening, Fitstresses - didn't do a d@mn thing for fitness today, a day that was every bit as tiresome from beginning to end that I'd anticipated it being. Suffice it to say it started off with one hour-long meeting that lasted for about a year, and finished off with a three-hour training in *ahem* heart-rate-training-zone charts that lasted for about a century. Am comforting myself as I write this with a rice-krispie / marshmallow square approximately the size of a small dog, and as tomorrow is a mental health day for me, I'll be doing my own distorted version of Circuit max (with CK power drills added on), another CTX-kickbox plank through roll-up plus (probably) Muscle max abs, then some nice upper body.

It's gray, wet, cold and rainy here in the Twin Cities. Hope all others are having a better night of it!

BICEPS:
Slow BB Curls- 4 sets 10 reps 30# (think it was a 2-2 count)
Curls on Cable- 3 sets 8 reps 60#
Concentration Curls- 2 sets each side 8 reps25#
Seated Bicep Machine- 2 sets 6 reps 40#
Curls with Hard tension band-2 sets 8 reps

TRICEPS:
Overhead DB Extensions- 3 sets 8 reps 30# (2-2 count)
1 Armed Overhead Extensions- 1 set each side 8 reps,15#(burned}()
Kickbacks (1 arm at a time) 2 sets each side 12 reps 20#
Pushdowns W/ Cable- 3 sets 8 reps 90#
Arm Extension Machine-3 sets 8 reps 47.5#

ABS:
Ab Cruch Machine-3 sets 15 reps 90#
Ab Crunches on Cable (think its the same as the one Diane Sue did on her BOWFLEX but not positive) 3 sets 20 reps 125#
Side Obliques w/ Cable- 2 sets each side 25 reps80#
Abs from C&W I did this morning before school.
