Teddygirl - That is too funny! There is a gal I work with who is like that with her trunk. I'll have to tell her that.

I just tried to have a healthy snack - an apple and some lowfat peanut butter. The apple was soft and brownish and the peanut butter has been in my work cupboard for ever and it tasted stale. I only ate half of the apple, but it was a big one. We have these YUMMY looking muffins in our break room. It's 3:30. I hope I can stay away!!!

Finished my bike ride with my daughter. We went on one of my routes....the 8 mile one. I rode back home with her and I just didn't feel like I was done so I went another 8 miles on my own. I have been full of energy all day so now I wonder how I am gonna feel tomorrow??:eek:
 
Char - I cut off one itsy bitsy piece off of a blueberry muffin. They were really fancy muffins so I couldn't resist! But I steered clear of the donuts. You have become quite the cyclist. Hopefully your energy will abound tomorrow as well. I'm tired today. My horoscope said I would be so I think I'm trying to live up to it. :p
 
oooohhhh....tempting goodies! lol! yesterday my bf bought me some chocolate, and when I went back to my place, I decided not to even take all of it home with me. I brought home four pieces and left the rest there. They're these yummy truffle things of several varieties...amaretto, irish cream...if I'd brought them home, they'd be gone. I'll get some tomorrow, though, lol.

Teddy, you've seriously been looking for that bar for two years?? LMAO! so cool you found it!

Tonight's workout was Amy's Slo Mo 2 leg set premix. Even just two sets of each exercise, I gotta say...damn. Tough workout. I also did one of her stretch segments from Abs and Stretch. Tomorrow's my longest teaching day of the week. boooo!
