Diane Sue - you're probably right about not doing another weighted workout. Tomorrow is my "normal" weight day and of course, I'm so set in my ways and was planning on taking a rest day Saturday. Maybe I'll do some Power Yoga, Pilates and Fluidity or something of that nature.

I did GS BSB... I did really well. I matched or went above Cathe on all, except for the biceps. I ama weanie...when it comes to bi's. It is coming. I did do 30# instead of 25#

I bought a new ipod, but creative brand. My older creative 40gig is getting obsolete and big...and the shuffle won't fit the Cardio Coaches. I broke down and spent tax money. S**ew the IRS.. LOL..

Hey Maniacs! Had a crazy busy day today. Didn't get my workout in. This week has been a really pathetic workout week. I hate the spring rush in my business. It's crazy, and I get to worn out fast. I feel actual fat just molding to my body. Like a magnent. LOL! Hoping for a really good bike ride tomorrow.

I'll get to talk more tomorrow. Have a great night everyone!:)

Peeps!

Today I did NOTHING! I had another migraine. Can you believe that? It's not fair. x( But I also just so happened to have a follow up appt. with the neurologist. He upped my Topamax again. 200mg. We'll see. He's such a nice doctor. I know he deals with people with serious things like brain injuries and stuff like that but he always makes me feel like getting rid of my mirgraines is just as important. He said my blood work looked great, my BMI is fabulous and that most people would say I need to eat more food (he was joking). But that's going off of that chart they use. We got one of those scales at work in our PE Dept. that you step on and put your height, weight and age in and I'M A FATTY!!!!!! If you go by those charts, my BMI is 21.3. That piece of crap scale said my BMI was 29!!!!!!! My co-worker who doesn't work out and eats nothing but crap all day long and is visibly overweight is at 34! How can that be? They all give me crap when I say I'm going to lose 10 pounds by June and so I told them now they can all shut up! :)

Tomorrow I think I'll do cardio and upper body since I missed my cardio today. Saturday is another group ride with my girlfriends. Hooray! I think it's supposed to be nice out.

Lora - How's Pandora? Did I miss that? I'll go back and read again.
