I'm back. I did Speedbody Full Body followed by Cardio Coach #1 on the Treadmill (1 hour 22 min - burned 510) and then I did Yoga Now - 30" followed by Yoga Bliss Hips - Quickie 30".
Thanks for the concern about Pandora everyone. I appreciate it.
Deb - sounds like you had great workouts yesterday and today! Good going on the Cardio Coach. I still struggle with the longer intervals on the Treadmill, as I'm still not really used to it for the impact, etc. No problem on GH!
Char - you eat like a Saint most of the time, don't sweat it! Speaking of scales, I weighed myself first thing in the morning (my usual time) and out of curiosity, weighed myself after my workout and downing tons of water and weighed 5 pounds more! Geez........"they" say if that happens to you, you could get hypernatremia (where you get fatal problems from drinking too much water), but I feel fine so screw "them".
Diane Sue - need your advice - I just did that 5 days in a row Speedbody, weight/aerobic/boxing circuit workout and tomorrow's my normal weight day.......do you think I'd be okay to do a normal weighted workout? However, I might just do Fluidity for my legs and weighted upper body. I'm not sure if that would be okay or not. Figured you would know.
Meg - I burned Blood Sugar, Californication & Stadium Arcadium (double CD this morning while I was doing yoga. I added another surprise also to cheer you up and help you get thru this rough spot in life! I ran out of CD's or I would have burned a few more.....probably would get in "trouble" with the DH if I buy them at the store today also. In the future, I can burn more. I'm so glad you are liking BC. I wasn't sure you would cuz they're a more Blues Based rock band like the Stones or Guns & Roses than they are heavy like Nickelback, Seether, etc. I tend to like both styles. The Chili Peppers are in their "own" category.....I think they are funk/rock and very unique....thus one of the reason I love them. Make sure you listen to Stadium Arcadiam several times before you judge it, as it has some slower stuff on it and needs to really be listened to before you start loving it. I think it won best rock album for them at the Grammy's this year. Love Storm in a Teacup, ReadyMade, She's Only Eighteen, Desicration Smile and more. If you want all of the tracks on the stuff I burned you, just go to Amazon.com and they list all of the tracks there. Blood Sugar is also in a category all of it's own. It is a classic and they also won grammie's for that CD also. Let me know what you think of Sir Psycho Sexy (my fave song). That's what put's the Chili Peppers in a category of their own - each of their albums is slightly different......not same ol' same ol. Wow ...that was long, I guess I should have PMed you. (ETA - by the way Stadium Arc is a double CD ...Mars & Jupiter....in case you get confused).
