Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Turbo Jam Fat Blaster...intervals on Rebounder...got my HR up to 171!! .....a record for me! I was stoked. I repeated the last Turbo 3 times since it's the one that did it for my HR. I think the key for me is not to let it drop too low on the recovery. I finished off with Mix & Melt Medicine Ball with Mitch Gaylord. My HR hovered at 85% or higher for the remainder of the workout. Nice intense workout. Cardio was 60" and I burned 620 calories.

I don't have to be at work 'till 10:00 am....cuz it's my late night....so I'm gonna try and fit some short yoga in later this AM if I have time.

This morning I did power ninty X Intervals plus. It is 45 minutes and I burned 407 calories. That is all I had time for. Got to leave for the doctor in a bit. I'll be back later.

Once again I had a really hard time getting up and just didn't feel like working out. Not sure what is up with this, I usually never feel this way for too long. I had a great workout nonetheless, and feel great now. I don't get it.

***Got a great pump with this superset. Biceps were burning big time.

***Good superset but by the time I got to the hammer curls I was struggling. Found I was cheating big time with the hammer curls so I dropped the weight.

Overhead Dumbbell Extension:
35# - 10/10/10
***Got a great burn by the time I hit rep 8 with the DB extensions. Good superset.

Close Grip Barbell Press:

Double Arm Kickbacks:
15's - 8/8/8
***Another good superset even though I hate doing kickbacks. Great burn.

Was going to do abs but I don't think I could hold myself up for plank work, which is what I've been concentrating on doing lately. So I will do abs tomorrow after my cardio workout.

I really like this new website. It's so easy to change fonts and stuff. Pretty cool now that I'm use to it! :)

Good morning, I am feeling much better today got 5 hours of solid sleep:rolleyes: When my alarm clock went off this morning I hit snooze and back in the bed, slept an additional 40 minutes EEK:eek: I didn't have enough time to do my scheduled workout, so I improvised and got on me treadie for a slow steady jog. I feel so much better, look better too :rolleyes: bbl

Looks like everyone is having great workouts this morning. For me it was just 4 DS HIS. That really is a fun workout!
 
Morning ladies - I have been really dragging this week. I have only had time to work out twice and then busy. I will hit it hard again tomorrow.

Teddygirl - benedryl works well for me as long as I take it early (by 9:00 pm ) and take a half dose. Benedryl is actully sold in Europe as a sleep aid.

I’m feeling pretty good, I plan to do S&H Chest, tis evening, cuz, just looking at my weekly rotation, I’m behind a bit sssssssssshhhhhhhiiiiiittttttttttttt ‘(bet Cathe can’t figure that out) LOL

I’m off tomorrow, taking 1/2 vacation along with free 1/2 day. I’ve 3 days to play caught up, bbl

Hey Maniacs!!!

Been at the ER with hubby since the early hours of the morning. He has a mass in his testicle and will have it removed tomorrow. We have no idea what that mass is yet. This day has been a day that makes you appreciate life just alittle more so I decided to go ahead with my workout although I am working on "fumes" and get some things done at home that I need to do and go back to hospital.

Gonna work chest/back
 
Charlotte, I see you got your avatar up:) I am sorry to hear about your dh. I will keep him in my prayers. I bet you are really worried.

M3: Chocolate Coconut BSN w/ 1/2 c. oats & 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
M4: 2 oz. turkey on 1 slice 12 grain bread w/ 1/2 slice swiss cheese; 2 tbsp. raw almonds; pickles
M5: Chicken salad w/Ranch yogurt dressing; peach
M6: ***Subject to change: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg white w/ 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese; Sauteed veggies w/ 2 tsp. parm cheese
M7: ***Subject to change: Turkey patty on 1 slice 12 grain bread

1762 calories

136 g. carbs - 31%

(meal 4, never happened yesterday instead I took Daniel to McDonalds. I had cheeseburger, fries and apple pie)
