Meg & Deb - Just got done watching GH. I thought it was cool how they started it with Korn's Twisted Transistor song! It's getting crazy this week. Who got shot at the end? Was that Robin?

Awesome start to GH! Yes it was Robin. Can't wait for tomorrows.

I was supposed to do a circiut, but real busy, so I did Tracey Staehles(sp?LOL) core conditining. Loved it! 45 min of core work!

Don't know if anyone's around still. Worked kinda late. Busy, busy. Visibility wasn't so great on the way home. It's cooooooooooold here! The windchill is minus 56!!!!!!! How can that even be? The regular temp is minus 13. I always worry about the pets people don't let in. They won't make it. They were predicting minus 40, but I guess it surpassed that! We live outside of town a bit, so nothing to block the wind. We have a weather station that tells us what the wind is and what direction for cycling and it also gives us the windchill. Might be better not to know right now.
