Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Amy Bento's In the Ring. Frustrated once again. Workout was 56" and I burned 455 calories. Not sure if I'll ever get these combos.

I need simple kickboxing........so I just ordered the new Tae Bos. They just came out and I was trying to decide if I should get them.....but this morning's workout pushed me over the edge. I wish Amy's were easier to follow.

front / side raise push up - 5 each side (these were really hard)
Pop push up - I think I did 5 - I may need to try these when I am not so fatigued! (duh)

hanging leg raise - 3 / 10

That is it for me. I beleive I will feel this tomorrow!
 
Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Today is yard work, bike ride and cleaning! Busy..busy..busy!!! Nice day so I need to get my arse in gear. Well look like my weight likes to stay at 118 for some reason. It is not too bad for me as I don't feel the jiggles as much so I am happy about that and the ride should knock some more jiggles off anyways.

Uploaded some new pictures. They are the latest so ya'll don't think I am a beached whale by the way I talk about my weight. hehe

EXCELLENT CALORIE BURN!!!! I swear it seems like you must be 19. You certainly look years and years younger then your age anyways. BTW, I am gonna try that Burt's Bee here soon. Just got it.

Last night, went for an hour walk had to cut it short it was cold and I wasn’t dressed right. This morning, I did CC#7 Wow! Is alls:+ I can say. Loved it!

Today was cardio and I did Cardio Coach #5. My endurance is sucking out lately. Not sure what's going on. Had a good workout but I know it could have been way better.

Good Morning, so far I have done Amy Bento's In the Ring and the Bonus ball premix from Sharon Twombly's Athletic Step Jam shich includes abs. I skipped the w/up of the ball workout and did both stretches at the end. I am going to go work abs some more and do some yoga/stretching.

Lora, this was my 3rd time with In the Ring. I think it will take a bit to get it all down but I like it. The first two times I did it I added on the med ball intervals to make me feel like I got a better workout since those segments were not difficult to get. Amy does a lot of spins and turns in her workouts and that is where I get lost. You still got a nice calorie burn out of it.

Charlotte, I like your new Avatar. You look beautiful. Is that the new top you ordered?? It is cute.

I have shoulders and arms, and abripper today. Looking foward to it. Gotta eat a good breakfast this time first. My calves are very sore from yesterday.

Yeah, that is the new top. My daughter doesn't like it..says it is too "disco", but I like it. I think www.juniortrends.com has nice tops and they are affordable even with shipping and their tops are different. Have a nice workout! Is the weather nice there?

BTW, I tried the Burt's Bee...that stuff is GREAT!!! It has such a nice berryish smell and I love the way it feels on my skin and it does tighten the skin up a bit too, but not like Strivectin which actually made my skin look worse, but this stuff is all natural anyways so I only expect good results.
 
Charlotte, thanks for the clothing link. They have some cute stuff. Our weather has been wet with flooding and tornado warnings. Went out to run errands yesterday and was drenched by the time I got home. Which Burts Bees product is that?? Would it work for oily/combo skin?? I have been using retin A micro and Kenerase lotion forever. Don't really notice anything anymore. Lucky for me my dd that is a derm PA gets me that stuff.

Thank you all for the encouragement! I hope I don't hurt too bad tomorrow - I actually had a hard time keeping my arms up in the shower washing my hair!

Char and Lora - i got the Burts Bees also and love it. It is light but seems to do the trick without breaking out my chin.

Eats for the day

M1: 2 eggs - 1 slice whole grain toast
M2 - cottage cheese and fruit
M3 - turkey wrap on low carb flat out
M4 - protein shake with organic carrot juice
M5 - grilled pork chop / asparagus

may not make the sixth meal today.
 
Just did Shoulders and Arms and AbRipper. Was a good wo. Arms are pretty beat. I have to shower and get cleaning the house. I have company coming for dinner tomorrow night, and I have CHase's student of the month ceremony at his school this afternoon. Busy busy!!

Weight is still good. Down a few more ounces this morning!

I finished up my workout with Amy's APX core using the barbell for the rollouts, then did Cathe's Tough Core from Core Max, I ended with I train stretch 19 Yoga Bootcamp doing only the Yoga core and Yoga cool segments which took 24 minutes.

I meant to tell you that I did see those songs. I wrote them down and will check 'em out. I got someone coming by now to till up a garden patch for me (didn't expect this to happen today though):p My bike ride may be late now. I hope he gets here soon.

It is Burt's Bee Age Diminishing Lotion with pomegrante in it. Smells devine. I put some on my neck and my neck feels so moist now. I don't know if it is for oily/combo skin or not. I have dry skin anyways so I need all the moisture I can get.

I really like this macro breakdown. Carbs are gradually getting lower. :)
 
Afternoon Maniacs,

Back from the dentist and grocery shopping. What fun! Went to the dentist for a toothache and found out why my head hurts. I have a sinsus infection, which is also making my tooth hurt. Anyway, did CC #4 workout was 47 minutes, traveled 4.05 miles, average HR 159 and 683 calories burned.

Well have lots to do, it's finally warm here today!

Hey Maniacs!

Have been crazy busy all day but finally got around to doing Yoga X this afternoon. My husband and I did it together which of course made us both work harder lol!
