Wow! Everyone is working out so hard! Great job.
I've still been doing Slow and Heavy this week. I'm taking a rest day today.
I didn't post yesterday but I did Bi's and Tri's. I am really feeling all of it so that's a good thing!
Debbie - What do you think about me doing the Slow and Heavy for 2 weeks then doing total body for 2 and switching up like that? I'm missing doing the total body workouts, but felt like I wanted to do 2 body part days. Any suggestions?

Charlotte - What is Burt's Bee??? I need anything that's gonna help my skin, I have combination skin though! I'll have to check out your pics!
Meaghan - It doesn't sound like it takes you long to get back into the swing of things, sounds like your body responds well!
