Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and did Challenges 1, 2 and 4. Last week I ran 2 miles with each workout, this week I wanted to increase it by .5 miles. I actually make almost 3 miles today - 2.8 to be exact. Happy with that. Still not running as fast as I usually do because I'm still worried about the knee, but it felt pretty good. It only hurts now when I bend it, which is weird.
Workout was a total of 46 minutes, ran 2.8 miles and burned about 384 calories.
Diane Sue - I play guitar. Not electric, I have an accoustic one and I play at my church. I love it, we start again in October and I can't wait!!! I wish I could play the piano. Do you play?
