Today I did Cross Fire warm up, fitness blast, and low impact tabata, 22 minutes, 105 calories to warm up good for my leg workout. I then did STS disc 20 legs, 50 minutes, 265 calories. This one was a little hard on the knee with all of the lateral stuff so I did not go as heavy as I used to. I finished with Tai Cheng week 8 day 3. This was 36 minutes and 110 calories.
Debbie, I have issues with my neck and shoulder blades a lot. A lot of the time I will be fine but wake up in pain. I swear it has to be how I have slept on it. The neural reboot phase 4 of Tai Cheng has a foam roller section on the neck area. Really you don't move much. You lie on it and then sort of move into what makes me think of fish pose over it with arms overhead. I have the rumble roller and I really feel it. A lot of the time it will be just one sided and feel like it is pinching and hurting up my neck into the back of my head.
Teddy, so, I guess you retired
It must be really nice being able to travel and relax.
I thought I posted yesterday but I do not see it. I did X train Supercuts extreme with core 2 mix, 73 minutes 408 calories, max hr 160. I then did Tai Cheng week 8 day 2 36 minutes, 100 calories.
