Today I did X10 Low Impact 25 minutes, 151 calories.. I then did Ripped with Hiit Lift it Hiit it legs mix 1 all strength, 30 minutes, 191 calories. I didn't want to do all of the jumping between the weights today. Total time was 55 minutes and calories burned 342. One of these days I will work up a rotation to follow that works for me. I waste far to much time trying to come up with something in the mornings. Particularly if I am not feeling very motivated.
Weights were:
squats 24 reps 25's
Plie squats, 16 reps 40#
Static Lunge 16 reps 25's right then all on left
squats 24 reps 25's
Plie squats 16 reps 40#
wood chop side lunge 10# I think is 24 reps all done on right then repeleft
low -pulse lunges all on right then all on left 20#
Deadlift 16 r 25's
Wide Deadlift 16r 25's
walking lunges 15's
