Today I did X10 Low Impact 25 minutes, 151 calories.. I then did Ripped with Hiit Lift it Hiit it legs mix 1 all strength, 30 minutes, 191 calories. I didn't want to do all of the jumping between the weights today. Total time was 55 minutes and calories burned 342. One of these days I will work up a rotation to follow that works for me. I waste far to much time trying to come up with something in the mornings. Particularly if I am not feeling very motivated.
Weights were:
squats 24 reps 25's
Plie squats, 16 reps 40#
Static Lunge 16 reps 25's right then all on left
squats 24 reps 25's
Plie squats 16 reps 40#
wood chop side lunge 10# I think is 24 reps all done on right then repeleft

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a great workout considering I had a killer headache when I woke up. I feel good now, hope it doesn't come back.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.78 miles and burned 315 calories.

This morning I started with P90X3 CVX with the ctart, 47 minutes, 320 calories. I used 5 and 8lb. There is a lot of overhead movement in this. I then did Ripped With Hiit Lift it Hiit it Back, Biceps, and Shoulders Mix 3 no finishers, ended up being 42 minutes because I clicked the wrong mix at first and did the first finisher with rows and a band, this was 213 calories. Total time was 89 minutes and calories burned 533.
Weights were:
One arm row 3 sets 12 reps 30#
Pullover 3 sets 12 reps 35#
One arm angled row 3 sets 12 reps 25#
Rear delt fly 3 sets 12 reps 15's
Prone rear delts 3 sets using 5's (I am not a fan of this move)
Bicep Curls 3 sets 12 reps 35# barbell
Concentration Curls 1 set 12 reps 22#, 2 sets 10 reps 20#
Simultaneous hammer curls 3 sets 12 reps 1 set 20's 2 sets 15's

Debbie, I hope your headache stays away. Nice job on the cardio today.

Roselyn, great job on the weights. How much longer do you have on your rotation?
 
Today was another Superset version of the workout I did last week. Love this workout rotation, I'm having fun with it!!

This is what I did:

3 sets/8 reps each superset round - 1:30 rest between each set

Super Set 1:
Standing Dumbbell Military Press - 16's
Dumbbell Squats - 30's

Superset 2:
Incline Barbell Press - 75#
One-Arm Rows - 32#

Super Set 3:
Hammer Curls - 20's
Lying Barbell Triceps Extension - 40#

This workout was only 32 minutes so I was able to walk 1 mile on my treadmill as well. :)
 
Today I did Intensity Timesaver mix, step and hiit low, 47 minutes, 347 calories. I then did Chalean Extreme I've Got Abs, 15 minutes, 63 calories. Total time was 62 minutes and calories burned 410. I am planning on doing Ripped with Hiit Chest, shoulders and Triceps tomorrow. I will be in a bit of a hurry because my grandson will be here and I am helping my daughter out when she takes my grandbaby in for pre-op visit. He has a hand/wrist deformity and is going to have surgery. He is 18 months old now. They have tried braces and physical therapy. hoping it would take care of itself. Friday is grandparents day at one of the schools and I have to be there by 8 so I may skip Friday's workout. We will see.
 
Today I worked shoulders and back

Ok debbie, on those worksheets, it says week 1 & 2, workout 1&4, which means I do that on day 1 and day 4 i am assuming but then it says week 2 workout 4 in its own box what does that mean? maybe I am being illiterate:)
 
Today I just walked 3 miles on my treadmill. Having horrible bouts of headaches and cramps. I'm going through pre-menopause and OMG is it horrible. I've had these symptoms for two weeks now. Finally started today so hopefully this crap will ease up. So I didn't want to run but didn't want to be a slug either.

Roselyn - Maybe I typed it out wrong, I'll have to check it out later. I'm running late so I'll look at it after work today. But the 2nd sheet is weeks 3 and 4, workouts 7 through 12 I think. I just may have the incorrect weeks typed in.
 
Today I did Ripped with Hiit Lift it Hiit it Chest, shoulders, and triceps, 48 minutes followed by P90X3 Pilates, 33 minutes. Total time 81 minutes and 312 calories.
 
I feel your pain Debbie, I had that pre-menopausal and I still am wacky, i did not have a period for 6 months then I had 3 exactly 28 days apart and now again it has been awhile hang in there.

Today I did 21 day fix extreme cardio fix.
 
I wish they'd get rid of that "Pre-Order" thing at the top of this website. Isn't the Pre-Orders done? Anyways, I did full body again today and had a good workout. Went up with the weights on some exercises.

This is what I did:

2 sets/15 reps - 2 minute rest between each set

Super Set 1:
Weighted Bench Dips - 25#
Dumbbell Curls - 15's

Superset 2:
Static Lunges - 20's
Lateral Raise - 11's

Super Set 3:
Bent Over Raise - 12's
Incline Dumbbell Flye - 21's

Workout was 28 minutes. I also did 3 - 1 minute planks because I'm neglecting my abs again and I also walked on my treadmill for 1 miles.

Roselyn - I know, it's fun, isn't it? Yikes. It sucks to be women.

I was going to skip my workout today but, after grandparents day I went to Dicks and got some new Cross Fit Nano 5's. I wanted to try them out so I did Kelly Coffey's 30 minutes to Fitness Cardio Pump workout 1 cardio, 34 minutes, 213 calories. Nothing like having a bit of motivation to workout in the middle of the day :)

Ladies, I am glad I am past that female stuff. I had a hysterectomy for cancer when I was still young, 34 years ago. It was partial and I swear that made the peri menopause and all of that last for years. I still even had the monthly mood swings. That finally has left.

Roselyn, how was cardio fix? They have a shorter version of Dirty Thirty on You Tube.
 
Today I did High Step Challenge from the Hardcore Series, 69 minutes, 400 calories. Actually Map My Fitness gave me 564 and the workout manager said 525 which I am sure both are gross calories and not net calories. Anyway, MMF is finally linked to my Polar transmitter so it picks up the HR accurately with my watch. I just lower the calories to where I am pretty sure I have net calories for My Fitness Pal. I finished off with Turbo Fire Abs 10 and Stretch 10, 24 minutes, 53 calories.

Roselyn, I have heard the upper body fix is pretty good. One of the more liked ones. Pretty much non-stop??
 
Today is Week 3 of the Full Body rotation I'm doing. Had a great workout this morning. And boy is it cold outside. 28 degrees!! YUCK!!!

This is what I did:

4 sets/5 reps - 1 minute rest between each set

Barbell Row - 72#
Flat Barbell Bench Press
- 80#

Leg Press Station - 175#
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 72#
Barbell Curls - 55#
Close Grip Barbell Triceps Press - 70#

This workout was 41 minutes so I was only able to walk .75 miles on my treadmill. :)

Diane Sue - Nice workout! I used to love High Step Challenge. That is a fun workout.

Roselyn - Looking forward to seeing how you do with this workout rotation. Have fun with it!!
 
I am going to try to do 3 total body workouts this week. Maybe all workouts with compound exercises. It depends on how much recovery I feel I need. Today I did STS Total Body Isolation and Compound 66 minutes, 350 calories. I checked the just the compound timesaver and I believe it just skips the abs and is 53 minutes. I then did Sarah Beth Yoga, Post workout 30 minutes, 55 calories. Total time 96 minutes, 405 calories.

Today I did Run Fit and had an ok workout. For some reason my endurance was not up to par today. Not sure why. I could not concentrate on my breathing and that was really messing me up. :(

Workout was 52 minutes, ran 3.7 miles and burned 392 calories.

Diane Sue - Did you do all that above in one workout? Wow, nice job!!! Very impressive workout!!!
 
Today was cardio and abs. I did Les Mills Combat Ultimate Warrior, 54 minutes, 360 calories and Les Mills Combat Core Attack 18 minutes, 68 calories. Workout time was 72 minutes and calories burned 428.

Debbie, I don't know why that happens. I can get up some days and fly through a workout, no problem. Other times I am trying to push and out of breath and wishing it was over. Yes, I did that whole workout at once. Not too sore this morning. :)
