Hey Maniacs! I just got done doing RCR workout-B. Felt pretty good, but could still go heavier, but wonder if that will defeat my goals of being Red Carpet Ready. LOL! I'm trying to shrink my upperbody some (hate the feeling of my shirt arms being tight). I'm not going to do the bike ride because I'm just to tired. I'll do it tomorrow.
Ally, I burned 422 calories with Ripped 1000. I even tried to keep up the higher intensity pace when they slow the cardio segments back down. Used an 8 inch step and lifted heavier in some places otherwise stayed with Craig.
Dallys, you have been putting in some pretty intense bike rides. A break probably wouldn't hurt I know what you mean about sleeves being tight. I buy a lot of knits because of that.
