I don't have time for personals this morning, but I can see everyone is having killer workouts.

My EATS for the day:

Meal 1: Kelloggs Protein Plus cereal mixed with another wholesome and nutritious cereal, but forget what it is called. Oy!

Meal 2: 3 jumbo eggs, cheese, yogurt, watermelon

Meal 3: lean hamburger (as I am sick of fish..fish..fish), salad, sugar free jello chocolate pudding with sugar free cool whip!

Meal 4: Protein Shake mixed with little natural pb

Meal 5: Meat

Meal 6: Watered down protein shake

So I ended up doing the Blast Mania pre-mix from Imax 2 twice. Woo-hoo:p Not sure where I am going to go from here but need to work out a rotation for the rest of the week.

Maehgan- Right now there is another camp scheduled tentatively for July in Las Vegas, I will keep you posted:)

Sandy-It was just Tony leading the workouts. Mason, the director of P90X, etc. was also there to help organize things. Both were very cool and fun to be around. Everyone worked at their own level and there was no pressure to keep up with anyone else. That being said, there were some seriously fit people attending, one girl held a wall squat for almost 5 minutes-OUCH! I just love going to stuff like this because its nice to be surrounded by other people who don't think your a freak for working out as hard as we do lol!

I need to make up for the weekend. Didn't so good eating wise.

Finished workout. This workout was up and down. I really fought for it because I really want to increase muscle in shoulders so I had to go to psycho land in my head, but sorry I could not stay so as you can see I really tried. Listened to Nirvana while working out.

SHOULDERS:

Overhead DB Press W/U 2/15 with 20# db's (went up 5#)

Overhead DB Press 3/8 w/27.5# db's (added a plate and tied it with my band) **I was in psycho land doing these. It is amazing what you can do when you trick your mind as I have never went this heavy before.**

Arnold Press (I did not want to leave my visit to psycho land so I fought) 4 sets and first set did 4x's with 27.5#..took plates off and tried with 25's next time around and did another set of 8/6/4. **When I got done I was really worried I had pulled something as my shoulders have never hurt so much so I did alot of stretching and worried. **

BB Upright Rows 4/8 and dropped to 55# as my form was off at 60# (I did 60# last time I did these and it was sloppy)

Bent Over Lat Raises with 15# db's and 4/8 (the soreness is not as bad)

Front Lat Raises 4/8 with 15# db's (isolated moves with one arm at a time so if I practice like this I can do these with both arms at a time)

I am off to make dinner and then I will get on elliptical with a full belly of food (lol) and then drink my protein shake. hehe
