Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Monday April 14

I just followed what you did on Saturday so not sure what you mean. Anyways, not known to follow precisely anyways as I tend to venture down my own way. lol. So here is what I did, my way (lol):

QUADS:

Leg Ext. 3/12 with 80# then dropped to 75# for last set
BB Squats 3/12 with 150#
Lunges 3/12 with 25# db's
ATG Squats 110# 3/10 (these were tough and at one point my arse hit the ground and I could not get back up so I started over). lol

HAMSTRINGS:

Deadlifts (cuz I have no idea what romanian kind are) 130# 3 sets of 11/10/8 (TOUGH and should have started with lighter weight, dang)
Lying Leg Curls 3/12 with 35# plate (not sure why this is so hard and have to go so very light in weight)

Calf Raises with 130# 3 sets/20

Did my own ab workout with equipment stuff I have..various moves. I listened to squizz music. My gosh, you never know what they are gonna play and was this song I cannot tell you because it is too nasty to post. I had to shut it off so I could concentrate so I listened to Nirvana again.

After dinner will get on elliptical.
