Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Mond Jan 14

Hi all!

Today I did the lower impact circuit pre-mix from 4 Day Split. First time with that series that I did the same weights as Cathe so I am totally psyched about that :)

Sounds like you all are having amazing workouts today!

Charlotte- I started with 5's on the Warrior move and then went down to 3's the last time because I thought my form was suffering. I guess it just depends on how strong I feel that day. Will need to do a bit more work to get to 8's Oh my!:eek: You are my bicep hero BTW:p

Debbie- I'm glad to hear that your Dad is doing better, I will continue to keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Maniacs!!

Had to go to the dentist this morning. Late getting to work and plenty to do.

Ran this morning to iTread #18. Traveled 4.5 miles. I also did Kelly Coffey's cardio sculpt cardio-only premix.

Hoping to get in weights this evening...we'll see.

Deb - Glad your dad is better. Will keep you all in my prayers!

Hey Maniacs! Got my leg workout in. I'll be feeling it tomorrow! Miss working out on my own.

Here goes:

Squats 1x8x60 3x8x90
Bulgarian split squats 3x8x20's (back foot on high bench, Love it that way!)
Plies 3x8x60#db
Leg Press 1x8x100 3x8x155
Step-ups 20 times each leg with silver band
Static lunges 3x8x30's
Dead lifts 3x8x60

Forgot calves!

Diane Sue- I've heard before of people getting headaches from pullups. Something causes it, but can't remember what. Maybe google it. I know it's not unusual for some people. Sorry about the heel spurs.:(

Coni- Great job on matching Cathe in weights. Not so easy!
