Hi Crazies! Today was so busy, I didn't get my workout in.:{ I'll catch up some time this week.
I admire all of you that need to take medicine for whatever, because I know you all work hard dispite what you go through. Tomorrow is my Dr. appt. to have my elbow looked at. I hope he gives me a cortizone shot. My work has been really hard lately. Everything I do uses my elbow. I hope I can get some relief.
