Did my chest/back/shoulder workout. Got started late, but got it done and felt good about it. Worked out while Red Hot Chili Peppers blasting in my ear...like at rock concert! I may lose my hearing..got to watch it. Took some pictures of workout room and other rooms. Will post tomorrow.
75# barbell 3 sets 8
Lat Pulldowns 90# 3 sets/8
Pullovers 40# 3 sets/8
One Arm Rows 35's 3 sets/10
Reverse Lateral Raise 8's 3 sets/8 (too light..should have used 10's)
Front Lateral Raise 15's 3 sets/8
I forget this one..like pulling a sword out from side and then raise up..3 sets/10 with 12# db
Decline Flyes 35's 3 sets/10

What an adventurous day you had. My dog Speck chewed up my weight lifting gloves. She did this right before we moved. Couldn't believe it. I am really close to being done with this house. Still got stuff up in our old attic to bring to this attic and a file cabinet and the grill. I have a few pictures to put up too.
