Did this morning workout and ran to the store. I did Power Strike 4 wearing my weighted gloves, Turbo Jam fat blaster w/ gloves for some intensity, I did the ab portion of TLT BBBB. Felt like it wasn't that intense even adding resistance so I did Core Max 3 w/ 15# med ball and 30 hanging knee raises with 10#, Yoga Shatki inversions and supine poses. I admit it I ate a few starburst and a couple of Nestle crunch minis before dh saved me and pocketed the rest of the crunch bars LOL. This evening I ate roast turkey breast and a large salad. I got my dvd's today so will be doing some tomorrow.

Charlotte, the costume pics are cute. So you stopped mapping and did your workout:) Did you finish mapping?

Lora, I would think it would be best to try to have a day between the plyos and the lower body work. Otherwise I don't think it would be bad. Part would depend on the plyo workout and the intensity of the lower body workout. You would not be allowing much recovery time at all which could lead to overtraining. Enjoy the concert.

Meaghan, yes I think more endurance or doing the upper body 3 times a week would be the way to lean it out some more and still keep the muscle.

Well, i finished my UB WO. I was just freestyling it while watching NCIS with DH! LOL!
I tried to do 16 reps of each, except chest press when I did 30. My barbell weight wasn't really heavy, but enough to feel the burn and make the last rep really hard. Certainly not anywhere near some of you lol! I will have to up the BB weight next time though for a bit more burn. A bit more endurance based I guess. I definately feel worked though since I WO'd at mom's earlier.

This is on top of what I did on moms gym this morning

Then I did abs using my 5# ankle weights and a 15 pound dumbell, doing various moves. I can still feel it!

DS- thanks. I think I will enjoy the endurance WO's for now. Once I lean out a bit more, then I want to go back to a more strength rotation again. That is certainly fun too!
