Me have suggestions for thee? You've been doing P90X..I ain't even there yet. If I would tell you, you would only change it anyways cuz you are always indecisive about what rotation you will do. You have to do what you think will work for you.

There you go cracking me up again about your balls. So what movie you gonna see this weekend? I swear there hasn't been much in to see.

Some good new and bad news: Well, should start with the bad. Ok, the bad news it I couldn't get the cam tonight to take pics, but the good new is I'll try to get in sometime early to mid morning. I really wanna take some pics SOOOO DAMN BAD!!! Figures the one weekend I acually NEED them they ain't there *rolls eyes* Anyway...

Got home form gymnastics about an hour ago (8:30) had a good practice. Still trying to overcome me fear of gymnastics on the high bar w/ a spot. Errr they freak me out}(

Debbie- Great W/O!! I just have one question on the shoulder thing you explaied above. I think I know what your talking about cuz I've seen a few guys doing this at the gym, but they just use a weight bench. Anyway, is it when you lie on your side on the bench (just say its your left) and your right side and arm is staight up. My quetsion here is do you hold the wieght in the left arm that your lieing on, and lift it up and down? I'm pretty sure thats what you're talking about but just wanna make sure. I wanna try that exercise sometime and just wanna make sure I do it right;-) Thanks Debbie!

Dallys- LOL!! Funny. When you said the walking sometimes stresses you more out (even though they say walking is a good stress reliver)cuz of the other dogs, that was funny. I never thought of that. Aw nuts now I still gatta go to school}:)+

Lora- We're here for yea girl;-) We're you bestest friends that you can always count on. Seems like a great rotation you planned to me! Also, hope you have a great time in Los Vegas!! Sounds like fun

Charlotte- Great W/O you maniac!!}( Hope everything goes well with the realtor:) Also, you welcome. You REALLY don't look your age, I bet none of you maniacs look your age. To tell you the truth I don't either. Ppl sometimes think I'm like 12 cuz I'm kinda short}( Anyway, you'll see in the pics;-)

Shelia- Great job!! Its ok to stop sometimes. I know when I started gymnastics I could never go the full 4-4.5 hours consistanly. I could basically get through about 2. Don't worry about it. You will be so super tough. Just you wait;-)

Suz- Great to read yur posts!! Please keep posting!! Also, I love the dog in your avatar. He's so cute:D Is it a bull dog mix or something? Anyway he (or she) is really cute!

Well, have fun you all reading my book I wrote...LOL:+ yea, I have like nothing to do right now. Think I'll go do some abs.

Lora, I like your first choice best. Unless you really do not want to do chest shoulders and triceps, I would say do it on Wed and just do exercises 1-12 instead of 1-24 of cst. You could probably do that in 30 minutes. Just a thought.

Lora- glad to see you survived work, and hopefully can get in some relaxing this weekend. I thought the end of GH was good!

I am PLANNING on getting up early and doing my WO, cuz I have to go to work till 12 and then go to my sister's housewarming/mom's surprise 50th bday party. I will do my best to eat good. I am planning cardio, don't know if I could seriously do IMAX 2 that early in the AM, but we will see. Maybe step blast. Actually, I just looked and my rotation calls for a rest day. I don't know about that, maybe. I guess it depends on how bad the DOMS from today will be!:p

I am taking a break from some housework that was needing done:) I was wondering what all of you were up to.

Adri, thanks for the age compliment:)

Sheila, thanks so much. It is getting hard to give a favorite rotation as I keep getting new workouts and then working them into one. I still do really love the PP/SS one. It is one that I actually really look forward to doing. You know how you wake up and think Oh yeah I get to do do this workout today. Sometimes with some workouts they really get old if I stick to them to long. I liked p90x and it was nice having something all planned out for me. I didn't spend a lot of time planning like usual. By the end of 90 days though it was getting old to me. Right now I am sticking with Heavier weight work at least for one time a week just because I think the new Cathe's will be more endurance based and I will want to play around with them alot before I incorporate them into something else. Also Super Sets can be done fairly heavy as you know and I have used this and added on to the Lower Blast and felt that I got some good muscle definition from this.
