Evening Maniacs,
It is done! Today was the last day of this rotation! Yipee! Rest week! May do some cardio though. Anyway, today was supersets done in three sets of 12 with 1:30 rests.
Back/Chest
Weighted Chins
9/8/7 - 2#
Incline Bench Press
12/12/9 - 83#
***I know it was only 2# on the chins, but you gotta start somewhere. Not sure why I failed on the inclines, I only went up a pound, I guess the superset did me in.
Quads/Triceps
Bulgarian Split Squats
12/12/12 - 80#
Close Grip Bench Press
12/12/12 - 78#
***Did BSS with dumbbells this time. Also CG Bench felt great, almost failed at 77# last week so only went up a pound, but this week no problem, go figure?***
Shoulders/Hamstrings
Alternate Front Raises
12/12/12 - 16's
Wide Stance Squats
12/12/12 - 95#
Then did some ab work.
