Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Friday Dec 8

Just finished legs and back. Will I EVER be able to do any unassisted pull-ups or chin-ups??? :( How depressing. I'm so weak. So I thought I was Miss Big Pants and did 20# with Tony on the first set of calves. Then on the second set I thought I'd drop down to 17.5. CRAP! My calves started cramping. I had to drop to 10's. Yowza!

Speaking of whores Charlotte, this friend of mine has a grandson who says whore instead of your - he's 3. So he and his Nana were shopping and she was buying him something and he put it on the counter and turns to her and says "Whore pay for this" and the salesperson just looked at her with an odd look. :) Then they were at home and he wanted the money out of her wallet (a bad habit she has taught him - but that's what Nanas are for!). So he says to her, "Where's whore purse? I want whore money." Hehehe! Someone who doesn't know her may wonder what she's up to on the weekends. :p

I know Suz. I have to have assistance too, but not when I curl. He he. If there is one thing you are weak in, there is always another you are beastly with!

I am just cracking up now! That is too funny!!! It is adorable too. Oh, now my face hurts from laughing so much. I guess I will get ready to get going here with all my smells and such! I swear I will burst out laughing if anyone looks at me strange. I am in such a giddy mood. I hope I don't spit out my coffee. If dh was here...he would be saying stuff...ew, that is too much perfume, etc. etc. lol.

Wasnt' that sweet of Jillbean. Good for your Lora, be sure you check to be sure you can call off the day before you leave, some places make you work at least the last day, if your taking all that sick leave, I seem to remember something about that when I worked at a hospital.

So, I did Legs and Back today, I think that is an excellent leg work out! I used 10's for lunges. THose wall squat things kill. and the chairs..OMG. Also,Now I know why you guys were talking about the pull ups and chin ups again, dang...that some serious power with Dreya. I know now and will be using the the lat tower. I tried the bands, nope...I ended up doing like 30 of them, was paranoid the darn tubing was going to break if I backed up any further.

Abripper still rocks...I have serious arm DOMS and my upper inner things are burning big time??? Don't know why yoga??

Suz, will hop on e-bay now...need those blocks! May check Dick's too.

Dallys...WTH...to Cathe????really..that is too strange. What was she thinking? Hey did you guys get the replacements yet? I thought those were coming soon.

Char - Okay - at least you're doing some assisted too. Makes me feel a wee bit better. But I can't even do a quarter of one unassisted.x( Maybe if I lose weight so I'd have less to lift!

Amber - I hear ya on the wall squats. Dang! And those chairs - I think keeping my arms up was the hardest part. No word yet on the replacements.

Maybe they'll just keep Dallys' DVD's until the new ones are ready. :p
