Afternoon Maniacs!
Today I did so far:
Workout 3 of the Total Body Plan (120 sec rest) of
1 set of 15 and 2nd set 13 Dumbbell BB Press with 25# db's (ouchy)
1 sets of 6 and 2nd set 5 of pull Ups - close grip
2 sets of 15 for squats with 110#
2 sets of 15 Leg Extensions with 65#
2 sets of 15 DB Press with 15#'s
2 sets of 15 Seated Overhead DB Press with 20# db. (started out as if too light, but hey..it's not easy)
2 sets of 45 calf raises with 60# (30# db's) (made me want to cry for momma)lol
Next will work out of my ab book doing several different exercises.

Hang in there with car. It's a ford. What do you expect? lol. It might actually be better this time. Wait and see. You know when you feel like crying when you work out those legs...just means you are reshaping them so damn fine. I won't be able to walk tomorrow as I just fried my calves and wanted to cry for my momma. Sorry, don't have any tissue so just wipe it on yourself, k? lol

You got me beat with chest..that is for sure! 35# db's in each hand...oh, that is something now. I tell you, this workout stuff is working for me. I feel very pumped since I have been doing this. Marietta really helped me get my legs stronger. She knows what she is talking about too. I miss her not checking in here.

Oh I do envy you with the bike ride. I miss being on my bike. Too much rain here lately with this storm. Maybe I can learn to canoe? Have fun though!

I did stretch max once. You should get some more pictures of yourself so we can see the progress you are making.

How can you get tired of pain? I know that P90X reminds me of someone taking a babydoll and throwing it across the room. Must really beat up your body? That is why I can't wait to order the program, but I KEEP BUYING SO MUCH OF OTHER STUFF SO I CAN'T!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
