Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 4/30-5/6

Today was total body, same workout as last Monday only in superset format. I hopped on my treadmill for each 2 minute break. Had a great, sweaty workout!

Today was 2 sets/18 reps w/2 minute rest.

Step Ups w/Band using 5 risers (up 1 riser)

Dumbbell Curls - 15's (up 3#)

SS #2
Double Arm Tricep Kickbacks - 6's (up 1#)
ss w/
Front Raise - 12# plate (up 2#)
***Kickbacks really irritate the area between my shoulder blades where I always get knots. Won't be doing that exercise anymore.

Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 15's (same weight)
ss w/
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 12's (same weight)

Then I did the abs from Power Hour.

Ended up jogging 1+ miles and burned an extra 120 calories. :eek:
 
This morning I did STS Total Body skipping the shoulders. I added some biceps and triceps. I just could not see me doing that many overhead presses or particularly upright rows. No problems today so I am happy with that. It sure is tempting when it feels better but really not worth the consequences. I had so many calls to make to try and get things solved here so I really needed to make it short.
Rains were terrible last night. Tornado warnings, hail, wind. We have lots of branches down. I was so happy when we bought the last house and I did not have to do that anymore. Trash did not pick up so I guess we will be figuring out how to get rid of the branches. I hardly slept. Flooding in some areas. DH is dealing with that at the new job. I hope I can get out of here Wednesday to go to the other house.
 
Today was back, cardio and abs.

Bad weather here to Diane Sue, Saturday we returned to St.Louis from S.C. and had a storm blow through downtown injuring hundreds and killing one, a Cardinal baseball game had just gotten over, terrible. Be safe
 
Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #2 and the last challenge from Cardio Coach #3. Had a fantastic workout, I really worked hard with this one. Felt great, my breathing was awesome today.

Praying for all of you with all that bad weather! I'm glad you are safe and hope you can stay that way! We had storms last night but nothing like what you have seen.

Today, I started Meso 2 :cool: I did a 20 minute jog then onto d-13 chest shoulders & tri's, freaking awesome workout:)

Fogot to mention I do have stat BUT in late (noon):) onward...forward:) If I get the chances today will post em.

I did Turbo Fire 45 EZ. Max hr was 170 which is great for me. I then did Les Mills Flow and Shiva Rea Power yoga flow backbends.
More storms last night so little sleep.
 
Diane: I dealt with fallen branches lasts week, my trees our old and most our dead. I could not get in my driveway, had to park on street then remove branches, argghh:mad: Our City is FINALLY repairing our roads, roads so bad it is ridiculous, could do much damage to anyone’s car. For the next two weeks, residents on my side of the street will be put out of driveway. Yesterday, I had to park 5 minutes away from my house. Me swear once they put driveway apron together, I'm parking. :eek:
 
Today was total body and I had another great workout. Same workout as last Wednesday only in superset fashion. I increased the rest time to 2 minutes between each set so I could run on the treadmill for the rest periods.

2 sets/8 reps with 2 minute rest between each set.

Barbell Row - 65# (down 5# - last week was a bit too heavy)

Squats - 85# (no increase)

Dumbbell Military Press - 20's (up 5#)

Barbell Curls - 52# (down 3# - last weeks was way too high)

Close Grip Bench Press - 65# (no increase)

Burned an extra 100 calories on the treadmill, ended up going 1 mile.

I had to travel today and could not fall asleep last night after the storms. I wanted to leave but tried a nap after workout and putting things in the car and still no luck so I am back to the old house. This morning I did Kelly Coffey 30 min to fitness Your Best Body cardio and lower premix followed by the core yoga no w/u. Total time 58 min and calories burned 402.
 
Today was cardio and I just got on the treadmill and did some sprints and hills. No biggie, I didn't kill myself today. Got a good 2 miles in, though and burned 311 calories. Not bad!

I had a kick ass workout this morning:rolleyes:, I swear this is how I like to push iron lol. I did d-15 back and biceps my favorite parts. I skipped the dead lifts since I maxed out yesterday, my legss are still talking to me:eek: I tell you, my entire body is sore, in a very nice way ‘wink’

This morning I did Body Max 2 Bootcamp Mix 79 min, 536 calories. I then did Low Impact Series Yoga Max workout 1 32 min, 134 calories. TOtal time 1 hr 51 min and calories burned 667.
 
did chest and cardio today.
Today is my son's Junior Ring ceremony and he is going to his girlfirend's prom (she is a senior) so busy, milestone setting day, bittersweet
 
This morning I did not have much time. I just did URX-MT Gay Gasper Total Body Metabolic Strength Conditioning. 51 min, 427 calories. Max HR 156. Trying to get a lot of packing done. I will be so happy when I am done with packing and unpacking. It is raining today. I was hoping to get the roses trimmed up.

Roselyn, you want those days to be special but it is an emotional time too.

Teddy, when I was packing up more workouts I was having a hard time deciding whether to send I Max 2 to the other house now or keep it here. Should be moved out in the next 2 weeks.
