Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 3/20

Today was cardio and I woke up not feeling like doing anything. But I did and ended up choosing one of my Cardio Coach mixes. I'm getting the desire to start doing kickboxing again, so maybe one day soon I'll do one. I need to start mixing it up again, I'm getting sick of my treadmill.

CARDIO STATS:
50 minutes total
4 minutes below zone
21 minutes in zone
26 minutes above zone
416 calories burned
2.75 miles traveled

I downloaded a free App for my Nook called Lose It. It is cool, it helps me keep track of my calories throughout the day. It also lets you put in your workout so it can give you additional calories. I'm shooting for a 1 pound loss a week. I did well yesterday but was really hungry by 9 last night. I ended up drinking a decaf mint tea. That helped a lot. Today I get to eat more because of the calories I burned. We'll see how it works. I love the App!

Morning Guys:D

Yesterday went back to Forest Hill Park for another successful run, I did 4.5 miles;) Got home washed my car and cleaned my bedroom a bit:cool: Where did all this energy come from lol.

Today, MIS upper body & abs.

Diane: Scheduled to get Les today finally.

Debbie: Nice workout, I know sometimes running on a treadmill can get boring, this is why I am so happy to be outdoors, I love kicking boxing.

This morniing I started with Les Mills Combat, 45 min, 300 calories. Could not seem to get my hr up today. I then did Cathe Low Impact Athletic training, 56 min calories 365. I finished with Rapid Fire Results core: abs and str, 13, 67 cal. Total time 1 hr 54 min, 732 calories.
Bill came home from Afghanistan last night:D We went to pick him up and my granddaughter made a poster sized sign. It is over our fireplace. It is so nice having him back.

Teddy, good job on the runs. I like Les Mills cardio a lot. I like the weight workouts but feel they need more changes from one workout to the other. Did you know BeachBody is coming out with something new that is muscle building and fat lowering. They are not out yet but I am really interested.

Debbie, I rotate my cardio because if I stick with one thing I get so bored with it. Kickbox is fun. Thanks for the heads up on Nook. I did download a workout log for my ipad but I find it is not as easy to check back to other workouts unless I know the date. I do the measurements, weight and bodyfat on it. I use My Fitness Pal but the thing is I am not really wanting to lose weight so have pulled in the fat monitors which are all different and make me crazy. I think the Omron seems closest to what I think it should be. I am still 5% more than I was when really working hard at it.
