Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 2/7

So last Saturday my back started to hurt again while I was standing and putting on my makeup. WTH? Why is it going out on me when I simply stand? I'm so very angry and frustrated about all this I don't even know what to do anymore. A part of me just wants to stop everything and become a vegetable. I'm so SICK of being in pain.

Today I feel much better and I got a recommendation to try a workout by Keli Roberts. It's called "Flexibility for the Inflexible". It's a foam roller workout. It's about 25 minutes long and it's pure heaven. I'm planning on doing this for the rest of the week and see how I feel by Friday. Right now I have no pain anywhere. We'll see how I feel later this morning and afternoon.

I'm looking forward to my doctor's appointment in a couple weeks. I hope they can get down to the bottom of this problem. I am a mess. :(

Quick check in I have a 10:30 appt. Started my workout with STS Chest Shoulders and Biceps then I did Step Reebox power workout. BBl
 
Debbie: Sorry to hear this, have you tried muscle relaxers? Margie she’s a co worker here, yesterday her back was killing her and all she did was picked up her tote bag; and threw her back out, strange. She took a muscle relaxer and today her back is better, of course her doctor needs too prescribe them. I really hope your doctor get to the bottom of this, take care.:)
 
This morning I did cardio using the low impact series workouts. I started with Premix Athletic Step Extreme 43 min, 349 calories, max hr 155. I then did Cardio Supersets bonus step along with the stretch 26 min, 215 calories, Max Hr 152. Niether of these mixes use the gliding discs. They both have a lot of shoulders with weights and I am hoping that does not slow me down when I do Chalean Extreme tomorrow. I followed with Chalean Extreme Abs and Chalean Extreme Core Circuit, 27 min, 127 calories. Total time spent was 96 min and calories burned was 691. I am up a lb and have lost some bodyfat so I am feeling good about that. I would like to get the bodyfat down a little and gain some muscle.
Eats yesterday were
meal 1 - left over Eat Clean cookbook 2 5 onion soup minus the crostini(post workou) and 1 scoop super green food mixed in water
meal 2- black beans, turkey italian sausage, and 1/4 cup Heart Smart Prego pasta sauce
meal 3- wild salmon filet with asparagus and Giada's Genovese Basil Pesto sauce 2 TBS

Debbie, I am so sorry. I hope the doctor can help you with this. I love that Keli Roberts foam roller workout. I have had it in my cart at Amazon to buy another copy. I used it all of the time then one day it fell off the shelf and the disc landed on it's edge and split. I was really bummed about it.

Teddy, I remember that Reebok workout from years ago. I had it on VHS. I later sold all of my video tapes so that was it. I used to like it a lot.
