I have a live zoom Pilates for core today.

Diane - the therapist doesn’t think PT will heal the tear. I hope she is wrong. The motion in the lower body is aggravating the pain. I hope we have warm weather coming in soon. I am done with the cold. Sorry you outside a lot in the cold. Stay warm. Great job on your shoulder workout. Impressive weights.

Today I did not know what to do for a workout, so I ended up doing STS Meso 1 Disc #2 Back and Triceps and had an excellent workout. On the weekends I can get into my gym room and use my cable machine so I like to do Back with this device if I can. Also, with doing STS, I can do two upper body workouts per week and hit the muscle really hard if I lift heavy and that works out perfect for me right now. I love Cathe's older workouts so much more than any of her newer workouts. I also have so many DVDs that i need to start using them again, why not!

Belinda, excellent job on the workouts this weekend. I love Strong Upper Body and Core, I must have done that one at least 20 times!

What a beautiful day today! 80 degrees and it makes me happy. I just love wearing shorts in January and it is a rare occasion! Have a wonderful day.

Today was Pilates Full body with the band.

Jolie - fantastic job with M1 D2. I hope I can start STS soon. Love this series. I have never done Strong Upper Body and Core. I loved it. I will defiantly do that one again. Time went by quickly too.

Roselyn - great job with your Leg workout. I hope you right about hitting 40’s soon. I can’t wait.

Wow February!! Come on, we just need to get through this month and March and we should be in the home stretch for this horrible cold winter! I'm ready for it to end.

This morning I did Iron 17 - All Upper Body and had a great workout. I skipped Iron 16 because it was dedicated to only hamstrings. I don't need my hamstrings to get pulled tight again and I just don't see the need to work that body part only. It gets enough work with all the leg workouts she does.

She does dips as a Staple exercise throughout, I just did different triceps exercises because if freakin' hate dips.

Finisher - 60 seconds
Around the World - 5's This is holding dumbbells with palms forward and taking the weights in an arc out to your sides and then over your head. Killer!!!

Workout was 40 minutes, burned 188 calories and HR was 102/134.

This morning I did Iron 18 - 30 Minute Dumbbell Glute Supersets. Great workout but again, why does she work these muscles so much? OMG, my ass felt like it was going to burn off. LOL

45/45/30 rest - two exercises done one after the other, then 30 seconds rest

She does a warmup with the band doing slow walks back and forth for 60 seconds

Elevated Rear Lunges: 15# - 2 sets (R/L) (I used my topper at first but it didn't feel right so I stopped using it)

By this time I couldn't feel my legs, I'm not kidding. This was intense. She is coo coo for cocoa puffs!! LOL!

Workout was 44 minutes, burned 139 (really?), HR was 86/118 (really). This is what bums me out about these workouts. I am working hard and hardly burning any calories. I know, I'm burning it all day long, but still...

I'm sorry everyone, I don't have time for personals. I am knee deep in Solo & Ensemble and have a Math Mania event tomorrow. Crazy!!

No workout yesterday as we had a lot to do. Today I did Lift Move and Restore Functional Total Body, 63 minutes, 215 calories, heart rate 97/127 followed with Lauren Standing Active Recovery and stretch 14 minutes, 38 calories. Total time was 14 minutes, 38 calories.

Belinda, nice work on the zoom Belly Dance. It is always nice to get up and move and have fun.

Debbie, great job. Another tough looking workout.

Roxy, nice work on KCM Raw Heavy Bag and Legs.

Roselyn, good job on the glute workout.

Jolie, nice work on STS Meso 1 Disc 2 Back and Triceps.

Today I did RAW Kickbox NRG and had a really good workout. This one is fun and I needed a short workout today because I had to be at work early.

Workout was 32 minutes, burned 276 calories, did 3547 steps and HR was 142/181.

Roxie - Good job with your workout, I hope you are feeling better.

Belinda - Good job on your workout, glad you had fun with it! Hope your PT went well.

Roselyn - If you did a Caroline Glute workout - I feel your pain! LOL Good job with Chest, Back and Tris.

See you tomorrow everyone!! My days should slow down a bit for a couple weeks.

Diane - Sounds like you've been quite busy lately. Good job getting a workout in! Is it still cold there? We are in the teens and holding. Crazy.

I also did LMR3 (bonus downloads) Chest, tricpes and shoulder. I was going to do the new one, I got my eye dilated today. I put in the wrong workout. Had a great workout.

Debbie - great job on your Raw KB. So far PT is going well. She is showing me a lot of modifications that helping with the pain.

Diane - when are you moving?

Roxie and Roselyn - good job on your workouts.

Let me start by saying, this weather is weird! 88 degrees here the past few days and now we are in the high 70's today. It is almost hotter than summer! Monday, I had oral surgery. I had a surgery to see if my implant worked or not this time and it did!!! I have several stitches in my gums, and I was not allowed to workout till today, so I walked Monday through Wednesday. Today I tried something new. I did RIPT90 Arm Inhalator and I really enjoyed the workout, but the trainer is really boring. My Biceps and Triceps are pumped. The workout is short and runs about 32 minutes so that works well alongside my dog walk each morning. I have been dying to do something other than the regular trainers that I have done for the last 20 years, I am so bored with my workouts, and I suppose that is why I do not do them as much as I should.

Bicep Curls to Shoulder Press- 15's x 15 reps (3 sets) of all of the exercises.
Hammer Curls- 15's x 15 (3 sets)
Close Grip Chest Press- 17.5's x 15 (3 sets)
Traditional Curls- 15's x 5 reps x 10 sets no rests
Hammer Curls- 15's x 5 x 10 sets no rests
Lying Triceps Ext- 12's x 15 (3 sets)
Lying Cross Body Ext- 12# x 15 (3 sets)
Kickbacks- 10's x 15 reps (3 sets)

Diane Sue, when are you moving to your new place? Moving is so exhausting and stressful.

Belinda, I started STS and then switched because I am becoming very bored with my workouts. I am sick of all of the ones I have done for so long even the new Cathe Live workouts. I have so many different trainers with workouts that I have purchased over the years, I thought I would give them a try again. Great job on the workouts.

Roxie, welcome back and boy there are some bad sicknesses going around this year. I hope you feel better.

This morning I did Iron 19 - Muscle Building Full Body and had a great workout. Again, she does not do biceps in this full body workout. So I subbed it in replacing some of her endless lunges.

Killer workout. I enjoyed it. Workout was 39 minutes, burned 197 calories, HR was 105/137.

Jolie - Wow, nice workout!! That one looked great. I had some of the RIPT workouts, wonder where they are? LOL! Great job!!

Belinda - Glad PT is going well, I just hope it helps with your pain eventually.

Jolie - I get burned out with my workouts. I do have to switch to different instructors. Great job on RIPT90. I wonder what I did with mine too? I do like shorter workouts. Please sent some of your weather to us. I am so sick off the cold here.
