Let me start by saying, this weather is weird! 88 degrees here the past few days and now we are in the high 70's today. It is almost hotter than summer! Monday, I had oral surgery. I had a surgery to see if my implant worked or not this time and it did!!! I have several stitches in my gums, and I was not allowed to workout till today, so I walked Monday through Wednesday. Today I tried something new. I did RIPT90 Arm Inhalator and I really enjoyed the workout, but the trainer is really boring. My Biceps and Triceps are pumped. The workout is short and runs about 32 minutes so that works well alongside my dog walk each morning. I have been dying to do something other than the regular trainers that I have done for the last 20 years, I am so bored with my workouts, and I suppose that is why I do not do them as much as I should.
Bicep Curls to Shoulder Press- 15's x 15 reps (3 sets) of all of the exercises.
Hammer Curls- 15's x 15 (3 sets)
Close Grip Chest Press- 17.5's x 15 (3 sets)
Traditional Curls- 15's x 5 reps x 10 sets no rests
Hammer Curls- 15's x 5 x 10 sets no rests
Lying Triceps Ext- 12's x 15 (3 sets)
Lying Cross Body Ext- 12# x 15 (3 sets)
Kickbacks- 10's x 15 reps (3 sets)
ABS- Crunches x 50 reps

Belinda, I started STS and then switched because I am becoming very bored with my workouts. I am sick of all of the ones I have done for so long even the new Cathe Live workouts. I have so many different trainers with workouts that I have purchased over the years, I thought I would give them a try again. Great job on the workouts.
Roxie, welcome back and boy there are some bad sicknesses going around this year. I hope you feel better.
