Today I did Pilates and a quick TB workout.

Debbie - sorry for your step brother passing. I am happy to hear your brother with the open heart surgery is doing well. I had no idea you had 2 brothers. I am so sorry!! You been through a lot.

Today I did LMR Elevated PHA Cardio Fusion, 36 minutes, 167 calories, heart rate 108/137. I also did LMR Cardio Fusion premix 2 dumbbells at the end of the workout rather than mingled into it, 31 minutes, heart rate 124/145, 2,145 steps. Total time was 67 minutes, 354 calories. I wanted to do the cardio first because I was not sure how much weight workout was in the cardio fusion workout. I figured if it was too much I would skip it. I just finished printing up the work sheets and info I wanted. I did not write down the moves. We had errands to run before my husband had to go to work. I have to get up early for a doctor appointment. I am tired from packing and housework!!

Belinda, yes, my workouts showed up this morning, so I tried some out. Nice work on Pilates and a short TB workout.

Jolie I was just tossing workouts I don't think I will ever do, I still have Body Beast on the shelf but figure I will probably never do it again. I tossed P90X3 because I never really liked it all that much or P90X+. I have had my daughter give me a skin peel twice. I think it is quite miserable. It is like having a very bad sunburn. It does leave the skin nicer. She has people that come in routinely to get it done. Lots of sun catches up eventually with sunspots and age spots. When I lived in California and Arizona I spent a lot of time out in the sun.

Debbie, those nights seem to always happen when there is an event. I hope your Solo and Ensemble goes well for you.

Today I did live zoom dance and yoga for the hips.

No workout. I went to see my doctor this morning and have been packing and trying to get things done. I will do something tomorrow.

Belinda, I liked the PHA Cardio Fusion , I am not sure about the Cardio Fusion. It did the lying a band on the floor and moving over and around it. I always end up kicking the band somewhere. The weights in the cardio were core moves placed between cardio movement. I used a premix. Good job on the zoom dance class and yoga for hips.

Roselyn, nice work on Sprint Intervals.

I had PT early this morning . I also did a live zoom dance workout. Getting ready for our zoom Galentine’s Day. Looking forward to it. I missed the Christmas party.

I found out this morning the girl in our group on FB passed away from RP. She was so young :( Breaks my heart.

Diane - glad you liked PHA Cardio Fusion. I read on FB mixed reviews on Cardio Fusion. Cathe did that with the bands in 4DS, I ended up not using a band as a marker. I hope your doctors appointment went well.

Today I did LMR Elevated Kickbox Fusion, 43 minutes, 224 calories, heart rate 113/142, 2,694 steps.
This is fun. There is some impact, but options to not do the impact moves. I also did Elevate, Mobility timesaver #1 27 minutes, 119 calories, 107/147. Total time was 70 minutes, 343 calories.

Belinda, that is so sad about the girl in your group passing away from RP. Good job on the zoom dance class and PT. I bet the Galentine's day gathering will be fun.

Today I did 30 min Pilates and 25 min chair yoga on YT. The chair yoga was great but too many commercials.

I canceled my PT sessions for next week. I was honest why I was canceling. I am going to look for a one on one treatment. The PT was treating 2 people at the same time.

Diane - it‘s very sad. I read yesterday another one passed she was so young. WTH? Live is short. We had a lot of fun at the Galentine‘s day yesterday. Great job on your workouts.

Today I did Elevate Upper Body premix no planks 41 min (took me 48 writing notes out and a phone call), 159 calories, heart rate 92/126. These are not rushed moves. I did like the pace of it. I think next time I will try all standing. My wrists and hands have been really bothering me. I finished off with Elevate Mobility premix anytime mobility, 13 minutes, 64 calories. I had a lot to do today. We took a load to storage and I made German chocolate cake and enchiladas for tomorrows family get together and birthdays.
Elevate Upper Body weights are what I chose. Cathe gives suggestions on the weight

Thursday I walked the pup 4 miles.
Friday I did Body Beast Bulk Back and had to go really lite on the weights because my Chest is so sore from the Chest Workout on Monday. I mean my Chest is still sore!
Saturday was a 3 mile walk with the pup.
Sunday today, I did Body Beast Bulk Arms and had a great workout. My Biceps have gotten very weak over the past 5 years. I have not lifted heavy weights much in those past 5 years and it really shows in my strength. I am not sure what I will do next week for my workouts yet, but I am thinking two or three total body workouts. We shall see... The only problem with these total body workouts is, I never see any gains or progress. I want to see more definition and so I may have to do these Body Beast types of workouts to get to that point. I really want to start running on my elliptical and using my Max Trainer but they are in the garage gym where my son is currently working from home. He works long hours so there is no way to use them at the moment. I like the physiques of runners, long and lean with muscle. Maybe one day I will get there :)

Diane Sue, I love Body Beast and only the original P90X workouts. The other two workouts are not my cup of tea. Good luck with the packing and the workouts! When are you moving?

Hi,

Today I went with DD and her fiance to check out some venue for their wedding in DC. The venue was small. When I came home I did live zoom Pilates Standing strong.
