Hi Ladies -

This morning I did Express Cardio (The Firm). This is 35 minutes of moderate intensity aerobics on the incline step (Transfirmer). The higher up you step on the incline, the more you work your legs and the harder it is. It and made for a perfect 35 minute moderate to slightly intense cardio session. I also did 25 minutes of Yoga. I did Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti and selected 3 sections (this is chaptered thoroughly and has tons of stuff on it). I chose shoulder openers, hip openers and forward bending/twisting segments and it felt great. I guess I REALLY know what areas I'm tight in. Shiva Rea is like a rubberband. One pose she pulls her leg up over her shoulder and then over her head. I'm sitting there with my leg cradled in my arms the whole time and it was stretching enough for me. I'd never get flexible enough to take my leg over my head!!

I'm off to soak in the tub. I'm going to have to pour the entire box of Epsom salt's in their with how bad my shoulders and neck are still spasmed. The spasms are a lot more concentrated the last few days. Speaking of shoulders Shiva Rea did the same shoulder stretches that injured me in her DVD....but I didn't do them and modified.

I don't want to be too lengthy today....so I'll just make this brief. My husband hasn't really sat down and talked to me yet....but he did go off over at my Mom's and I finally had to tell him "ENOUGH"....I'm not a child and I understand how serious this is (with the computer hacking stuff). He said (to my Mom) "you don't know how mad I am" and I said something like yes, I've never seen you that mad and last night you really scared me. On the way home, he said (nonchalantly) that he didn't mean to scare me last night (he knows my history of being beaten in my 20's by men) but you need to know how serious this is. Anyway.....I'm sure I'll hear a bit more from him.

I'm off to soak in the tub and then we're going to see a movie. Not sure which one...but there's not much playing so..........

Regarding rotations - I"m like ADD girl and can't decide what I want to do! I hate that I'm like this. Although I think I"m leaning towards a month or so of P90X with a little TLT and P90 Masters thrown in ........followed by a month of P90 Masters and Cathe. I'm going to wait for my 2nd Push DVD to get here before I do any of those, as I can't cancel until after month 3 anway. I wish I was good at devising rotations.

Dallas - regarding the email and link thing that the companies told us to be careful about. It's okay to open an email, but if there is a sentence in their saying - click on the link below to go wherever....you should NEVER click on the link, but rather go to the website from the main internet and then do what you need to. The way the scam works is that when you click on that link, you're not actually going where they say you are and that's when they steal your information (because it will ask you to log in to the fake site with your real information). I hope I clarified that for you.

I had a great time last night. I wnted to sleep in today but my internal alarm clock woke me at 7:( Today I am going to clean out the fridge. I have no clue how it gets so bad considering the only thing I cook is chicken and simple stuff. I am on this I can't stand anything not perfect kick. My office, well don't even get me started on that.

Lora-Good for you for standing up to DH. I hope you enjoy your bath and let us know what movie you see. I know what you mean about choosing a rotation. I finally have chosen cathes January one and start monday with a SS workout thrown in everyother day. Let's see if I stick to it :) Or go off on my own thing again.

I am going to do a SS workout today and the viper later. No big plans for tonight. I think I will rent movies and stay in. Tomoorw night I am going to see Bareback mountain. A lot of people say this is good. I am just not sure but it is what my friends picked sooo I will go :) Not much out there right now in the way of great movies.

ETA dallas I did patricks workout yesterday and I had a hard time with the choreography but it was fun and flt like a good workout. YAY fittv.
 
Hi Ladies!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I am sitting here at the office and the phone has not even rang! I have been here for 50 minutes too. It is raining out so it is dreary. Ick! I am surfing the net and drinking my chocolate milk in the quietness. lol

Lora-I am glad to that you stood up to your DH. Sometimes things just happen and there is nothing you can do about it. I hope your soaking helps your neck and shoulders. Let us know what movie you go see. We never get to go.

Terri-Glad you have a great time last night. Want to clean out my fridge too? Just kidding. Looks like you have some good workouts planned!

I ran on the treadmill for a little while last night. I need to get on it again today too. I would like to get something else in too but I will have to wait and see. I have some open houses I need to go check out.

I will be back later, the boss man has shown up. :D

We really don't have anything in particular planned for today. We'll just pick up and clean up around the house and go grocery shop...we won’t need much for me this week!!

Lora, I'm glad you stood up for yourself with your husband. No woman should be treated badly by ANY man. Enjoy your bath and keep up your positive attitude. You did nothing wrong. Remember you’re a good person and do your best everyday.

Sabrina, just you wait. Your phone will be ringing soon. You've just started.

Terri, that's great you had fun last night. I'm jealous of your workouts today. We've rented Flight Plane with Jody Foster for tonight.

Ok I am trying to get motivated here :) I ran to starbucks and got some coffee and as soon as I drink it I will workout.

Sabrina-Did your boss leave yet? Is the ringing off the hook:) I know a client will come your way soon.

Susan-Let me know how Flight Plan is. I have it but haven't watched it yet. I am so excited about you having the baby! Will you have someone come post and tell us or will we have to wait till you are out of the hospital. How long do they keep you afterc-sections now? Mine was almost 25 years ago and I stayed a week!

Terri, I'll probably leave the hospital on Friday. I can stay until Saturday if I want.

Diane Sue, with the soups you make, do you use protein powder in them? If so, which one? I wonder which one wouldn't make vegetables taste funky.

Susan-Take it easy and make sure you rest up. I am curious how flight plan is too. Let us know.

Terri-My boss is gone. He doesn't care if I am online and surfing the net. He has even told me to bring in a book for something to do. I just wish I could get some training. I have never filled out any of the sheets yet. I have only had one phone call and that was to transfer to another agent. I only got to stay in the hospital I believe 48 hours after my c-section three (almost 4) years ago.

I slept in this morning. I had nothing realy pressing to do. I am going out to look at beach wear. I don't have a lot of beach stuff around here. I actually thought I was going to be going to Las Vegas or somewhere here or maybe Canada. Boy do I need to workout hard the next month:) I saw a new store in a strip mall called Daisy Express trendy clothing. I thought I might go look in there today. Today I did P90X Kenpo and the cardio from Kick Max. Then I did ab ripperX and 300 resisted crunches and kneeling crunches with the Bowflex. I totally missed this workout yesterday.

Lora, you know you have ideas of what you want to do. Put it down on paper for however long you think you can stick with it. Add a lot of variation, then post it. If I say I am going to do something it makes me put in the effort to stick to it. I am sure you can if do it.

Sabrina, I am sure you will get your chance eventually to put what you have learned into action. Sorry you feel like you are just sitting there. Glad to hear you are getting in some treadmill workouts. I think they are great.

Susan, No when the recipe book cals for protein powder I just mix a little Designer Whey or GNC Performance Whey into water and drink it. I have tried it in hot stuff and usually end up with chewy lumps. Yuk!! I think I saw previews for Flight Plane. I hardly watch television or movies. I don't like watching them by myself. Funny DH used to run theater security and we saw everything. I have seen Zathura, Willy Wonka, Because of Winn Dixie, Kicking and Screaming, that tells you where my movie viewing has went.

Terri, I almost always have to crawl out of bed and have a couple of cups of coffee before I am motivated to move. I recently dicovered Seattles Best Cinnabon. This is yummy. My daught er gets Cinnabon at Starbucks all of the time. At least I think she said Starbucks as I know she goes to Panera a lot too. Panera has awesome coffees. I think better than Starbucks.

Diane Sue-Have fun shopping! Looking for beach wear sounds like fun to me, I wish I could go. lol You got in a great workout again today!

I went to one open house today that my broker was having (and it is a house that he owns too). He bought it and fixed it up and now he is reselling it. It looks really nice! He also talked me into hosting an open house for him tomorrow for a house that he has listed. I guess that is what I will be doing tomorrow from 1-3. I told him he had to be there before hand to tell me what I needed to do since I have never hosted one before. lol Should be interesting! I will let you ladies know what happens.

Susan-How is our little mommy today? I bet you are more than ready for the baby to arrive. What day did you say you were going in? I keep thinking Tuesday but I am not sure that is right.

Don't have a lot of time here, but thought I would quick post. Today I did TLT BB workout, and did a A LOT of dancing on the DDR with my dd.:7 Gosh I think that thing is very addicting.
