Hi Ladies -
This morning I did Express Cardio (The Firm). This is 35 minutes of moderate intensity aerobics on the incline step (Transfirmer). The higher up you step on the incline, the more you work your legs and the harder it is. It and made for a perfect 35 minute moderate to slightly intense cardio session. I also did 25 minutes of Yoga. I did Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti and selected 3 sections (this is chaptered thoroughly and has tons of stuff on it). I chose shoulder openers, hip openers and forward bending/twisting segments and it felt great. I guess I REALLY know what areas I'm tight in. Shiva Rea is like a rubberband. One pose she pulls her leg up over her shoulder and then over her head. I'm sitting there with my leg cradled in my arms the whole time and it was stretching enough for me. I'd never get flexible enough to take my leg over my head!!
I'm off to soak in the tub. I'm going to have to pour the entire box of Epsom salt's in their with how bad my shoulders and neck are still spasmed. The spasms are a lot more concentrated the last few days. Speaking of shoulders Shiva Rea did the same shoulder stretches that injured me in her DVD....but I didn't do them and modified.
I don't want to be too lengthy today....so I'll just make this brief. My husband hasn't really sat down and talked to me yet....but he did go off over at my Mom's and I finally had to tell him "ENOUGH"....I'm not a child and I understand how serious this is (with the computer hacking stuff). He said (to my Mom) "you don't know how mad I am" and I said something like yes, I've never seen you that mad and last night you really scared me. On the way home, he said (nonchalantly) that he didn't mean to scare me last night (he knows my history of being beaten in my 20's by men) but you need to know how serious this is. Anyway.....I'm sure I'll hear a bit more from him.
I'm off to soak in the tub and then we're going to see a movie. Not sure which one...but there's not much playing so..........

Regarding rotations - I"m like ADD girl and can't decide what I want to do! I hate that I'm like this. Although I think I"m leaning towards a month or so of P90X with a little TLT and P90 Masters thrown in ........followed by a month of P90 Masters and Cathe. I'm going to wait for my 2nd Push DVD to get here before I do any of those, as I can't cancel until after month 3 anway. I wish I was good at devising rotations.

Dallas - regarding the email and link thing that the companies told us to be careful about. It's okay to open an email, but if there is a sentence in their saying - click on the link below to go wherever....you should NEVER click on the link, but rather go to the website from the main internet and then do what you need to. The way the scam works is that when you click on that link, you're not actually going where they say you are and that's when they steal your information (because it will ask you to log in to the fake site with your real information). I hope I clarified that for you.
